Abstract:In the field of information management, there are few theoretical studies on how to deal with the factors involved in efficiency of public digital culture service. The article provides theoretical guidance for public digital culture service from the perspective of information management. This paper analyzes the basic concepts from the aspects of digital culture, public service, governance, cultural service governance, public digital culture service governance, and analyzes information resource management theory from the theoretical origin, core thought, applicability to the governance of public digital culture service. This paper argues that the core of public digital culture service is information subject. The public digital culture service needs to focus on the coordinated development of information subject—information—information environment, and the organic whole of these three elements and their interrelations can improve the service efficiency of public digital culture.
