Abstract:Attributes analyzing of public information resources products from economics view can clarify the internal relationship and differences between public information resources and private information resources. Based on that, the paper gives its further analysis on all kinds of producing and supplying modes by the degrees of public characteristic. Then, it indicates that the complexity and management variability of public information resources determine the diversities of production and supplying, and that arranged only by government is not intelligent. Lastly, it deduces public information resources’ structure and management framework, specifies the ways and influencing space of multiple management system among government, non-profit organizations and enterprises.
