Abstract:Community, as a system, there are many practical problems, such as property management companies do not act, owners committees exist in name only, etc. problems arise due to community management system root causes of this paper, according to my paper, it based on information technology, and by way of the development of new systems to build new community management system, information and community to achieve flat management, which greatly improve the efficiency and level of community management.

Abstract:Government portal is an important platform for communication between citizens and government,which makes it to be a core role in the e-government.How to improve the public service and citizen's trust to the government by constructing and reforming the government portals is now a problem concerned by both the government and researchers.This paper constructed a research model based on the review of the theory of information system efficiency,TAM and task technology fit.Then we focused on Zhejiang province government portal,explored the factors those would affect the utility of the government portal from the perspective of the users.According to the conclusions,we give out some countermeasures and suggestions to the related government departments.

Abstract:The main problems in the management of large-scale instrument sharing platform are analyzed. Combined with the development of current information technology, the role of information resources in the management of large-scale instrument sharing platform is discussed. Through the construction of the website, the introduction of the Internet of Things management system, the use of virtual simulation teaching resources, etc., the problems arising in the management of the current large-scale instrument sharing platform are solved, and the results of the new management model are investigated and analyzed. The results show that the utilization of information resources has improved the management efficiency of large-scale instrument sharing platforms and has been recognized by teachers and students.

According to the current situation that the traditional enterprise system integration can not be effective to coordinate the system work in the inner enterprise and between enterprise's new and old systems. Abstract:In the field of information management, there are few theoretical studies on how to deal with the factors involved in efficiency of public digital culture service. The article provides theoretical guidance for public digital culture service from the perspective of information management. This paper analyzes the basic concepts from the aspects of digital culture, public service, governance, cultural service governance, public digital culture service governance, and analyzes information resource management theory from the theoretical origin, core thought, applicability to the governance of public digital culture service. This paper argues that the core of public digital culture service is information subject. The public digital culture service needs to focus on the coordinated development of information subject—information—information environment, and the organic whole of these three elements and their interrelations can improve the service efficiency of public digital culture.
