Abstract:For some codes of Embedded WinCE are not open,it is difficult to develop network driver. In this paper the structure of network driver based on WinCE had been analyzed. Combined with the transplant of CS8900 network interface driver using WinCE 5.0 kernel based on Pulse Generator's experiment board,the development process of network driver in embedded WinCE was emphatically discussed,besides the detailed analysis of communication method between driver and the system kernel and how to make and load driver were given. At last the possibility of the driver was validated through experiments.

Abstract:With the development of embedded system and network,network device driver has become an important part of embedded system.For the development of programs in embedded system,consuming less resource is the basic requirement.The way to optimize and reduce programs in embedded system is analyzed.The data structure and the algorithm of RTL8139 network device driver in embedded operation system Minicore are introduced in detail.Testing results show that the network device driver designed is better than the current operation systems such as Linux and Windows in the aspects of stability,efficiency and resource consuming.

Abstract:In embedded system,especially with low system resources,good driver structural design can effectively reduce memory and CPU occupation,hence improve the system’s performance.V4L2 is a new framework for video device driver development under Linux,and a in-depth study on the running mechanism of V4L2 is given.By making full use of its properties,a V4L2 driver develop method is presented for video device based on reducing system resource consumption and promoting driver’s behavior,and its validity is proven by experiment.

Abstract:Due to its low cost and packet data efficiency, Ethernet has been one of the most influential technologies for Local Area Networks (LAN). Moreover, the 10-Gigabit Ethernet has begun to move Ethernet from the LAN out to encompass the metro area network. The technology features, protocol architecture and the frame format are introduced. In order to realize the logical boundary between the physical layer and the link layer, the protocol of SPI (System Packet Interface) level4 is adopted. A method of realizing the SPI interface of 10-Gigabit Ethernet is put forward and the function block diagram is presented. In order to reduce the power waste of the chip, the parallel algorithm is chosen in the design.

Abstract:A design and implementation of HDLC device driver based on the S3C4510B and uClinux is presented.By registering the HDLC device to the uClinux kernel as an Ethernet device and carrying out protocol conversion between Ethernet and HDLC in the device driver,high efficient data forwarding between Ethernet and HDLC interface is achieved.The initialization of HDLC device,data transmitting and receiving along with their interrupt handlings are discussed.

Abstract:To enhance flexibility of embed system,USB floppy driver is developed under WinCE.NET,based on the structure of stream interface driver,the characteristics of load mechanism of stream interface driver,UFI technology is used to control USB floppy,USB floppy format method and detailed process are presented finally.The driver has been successfully applied in the regional water monitoring and measuring instrument based on ARM9,and it extended the functionality of the instrument,a good reference value is provided for similar device.

Abstract:In order to solve the logic structure which is getting more and more complicated in the industry control system, based on the network monitor system, using the embedded Linux operation system, put forward a comparably complete resolve method of the design and implement based on the network bus controller. Using the RS-232 and CAN controller bus to communicate with the I/O node, and implementing the real-time monitor of the underlayer, the main console can directly connect into the Internet with the network function of the embedded system, passing the information of the system trouble to the main console, implementing the long -distance diagnosis. This system runs stably during the test and the network delay is less than 100ms, this system has the potential application value after being extended.
