Abstract:To become a world famous university,much attention should be paid to the effective exploiter and management of human resource in institutions of higher education.Wageningen University of Netherlands is a well-known European university with the consolidation of research institutes and an university.In this university,it highlights human factors,advocates the administrative conceptions of standardizing the conducts of its staff and satisfying their demand motives.All the posts are assigned to its staff according to their aptitudes and skills.Through establishing comprehensive management organizations and evaluation systems,Wageningen University could make a well integration between the self-improvement of its staff and their tasks,exert the go-aheadism and exploit the potentials of each member,thus to ultimately standardize the conduct of its staff and realize its development goals.We could make good use of their experience for the human resource management in our universities.
