Abstract:The performance of the optical switch in experimental OTTD units are introduced and analyzed.A kind of drive circuit is designed.Its structure is simple,and response speed is high,and throughout current is rather large and dissipation power is very small.The structure and design of OTTD,including the framework,and the number of delay bit optical switch and the time delay step,are studied,and all the design results are given also.By using of theoretical computation and computer simulation,the effects of discrete time delay in optical switch network on the number and true position of scan beam are studied.The representative test values are listed in a table finally.
