Abstract:Learning-oriented organization,as a management concept,has come to be accepted by growing number of countries since the end of last century.A learning-oriented college journal publication organization will benefit journal reform,help raise journal competitiveness and quality,and contribute to the cohesion of the editorial department.Creating such an organization calls for systematic efforts.This article discusses learning-oriented college journal publication organization from four aspects: organizational structure, organizational vision,learning philosophy and interaction mechanism.
