Abstract:This paper discusses the design process of ship using intelligent cycling measure instrument based on the embedded RTOS(Real-Time Operating System) Small RTOS51.It elaborates the design of software,the design of hardware and the migration of embedded RTOS Small RTOS51.The ship using intelligent cycling measure instrument can examine sixteen routes 4~20 mA signal itinerantly,has the function of liquid crystal displaying,gives alarm,does 485 communications and so on,measuring fluid position,temperature and pressure of long-distance cabin.The instrumen conforms to the need of ships automation development,having better practicability and high reliability.
Ship Berthing Dynamic System Based on Single-chip Microcomputer

Abstract:A kind of ship berthing auxiliary system based on STM32F10X SCM (single-chip microcomputer) is introduced in this paper. When the ship is about to enter port, the distance between ship and port will be monitored by SKD-1200 (a kind of infrared distance measuring device ) , the velocity, acceleration and angular velocity of bow and poop will be measured by MPU6050 (consist of accelerometers and gyroscopes). All the data will be calculated by a given algorithm in SCM, the predicted track obtained will assist the captain to command berthing. At the same time, I2C criterion is adopted in the serial communication. Whenever the SCM receives a set of data, the software will interrupt a time, Corresponding image data formed in the SCM. Data will be transferred to the cab by the WSN-02 or GSM module and the image will appear in the screen. This process repeated each time to complete the berthing process dynamic monitoring.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the electrical specification,temperature sensing and single event tolerance of space?borne phased-array T/R modules,an automatic test system based on PXI bus is designed and developed. By using this test system,the evaluation of a self-developed integrated controller with temperature sensor,which is embedded in a spaceborne X-band T/R module,is performed in this paper. By using high-speed digital I/O technology,the test speed of the present test system for electrical characteristics is improved. The ability of automatic temperature test with high-precision enables the accurate performance assessment of temperature sensing. And with the ability of au?tomatic data processing,the test system can realize the comparison between the measured electrical properties and the design specifications,the error analyzation between test data and calibration temperature and the variation esti?mation before and after single event effects. Finally,power distribution,temperature sensing and single event toler?ance of the chip are tested and analyzed. The results show that the chip can be well performed in the space environ?ment with rapidly changing temperature and strong radiations. At the same time,the test system has the advantages of simple operation,well portability,high speed of testing and high precision.

Abstract:Subsea in-situ dynamic environmental monitoring is very important.Data management system is its core module.ARM9 is the core of its hardware.Its software platform is Linux2.4.20.The module integrates three deep sea instruments and provides realtime and reliable control interface and data interface between coastal base station and deep sea instruments.The module is validated to provide real-time data to coastal base station according to the protocol.Finally,some problems need to be solved are brought forward.

Abstract:This paper accounts for the design problem of an altimeter system based on 89C52,which is an 8 bit microcontroller produced by ATMEL. Specially,it depends on the relationship between pressure,temperature and altitude.The most important points in this paper is that it uses the I/O in 89C52 to achieve the function of SPI,which makes the A/D function come true with TLC2543.Thereafter it transfers the data which is processed to the LCD,also it returns the data to the control computer through RS232.

Abstract:GSS-2 type of marine gravity meter sensor has high measurement precision.After years of use,mechanical structure becomes steadier.With the rapid development of electronic information technology,the old measurement system becomes the major obstacle of high-precision measurement.This paper designs a hardware monitoring and control system using a stable Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as core controller.Based on Modbus protocol,it develops a multi-functional monitoring and control software as the host computer.Experiments show that the hardware system performs steady and function of software is user-friendly.The system fully meets the design and use requirements.

Abstract:The design of panel control system selects C8051F series single-chip C8051F020,launched byAmerican Cygnal company,as the core.And it uses PID control algorithm.The C8051F020 output different Duty ratio of the pulse width modulation signal(PWM) to get a different fan motor speed.The system selects MMA7361 acceleration sensor to detect the rotation angle of the sailboard.And he running state is displayed by the RT12864M.Besides,this system,with fast response speed,stable and reliable work,can accurately control the angle of the panel and the control accuracy is less than 1°.

Abstract:In this paper, a long-term ship-monitoring system is designed based on a vector hydrophone. It enables the detection and localization of ships at sea. This system equipped with a vector hydrophone is installed on an ocean buoy or an off-shore platform, and uses a field programmable gate array (FPGA) and a microcontroller as the control cores to automatically collect ocean noise for further analysis. The detection of ship presence or absence is achieved through sound energy calculation using the vector hydrophone signal, followed by a comparison with an adaptive threshold. Additionally, cross spectrum analysis is applied to estimate the direction of arrival (DOA) of the ship. The system's performance is evaluated through simulations and sea trials. Their results demonstrates its capability of target detection and DOA estimation. This study is expected to meet the practical requirements for intelligent ocean monitoring applications.

Abstract:According to current situation of the ship automation and ship building industry in China,the necessity to research and to develop integrated ship control system is analyzed in this paper.The structure of ship control system and the disadvantages of the traditional control system are introduced.Then a design plan of control system based on distributed control units is proposed and analyzed.Finally,based on the Supcon Web Field ECS-100,a simulation system of integrated ship control is implemented.Test results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the design plan.

Abstract:A LED lighting system which can automatically switch and regulate its brightness of lighting according to the light intensity,infrared radiation and temperature was presented.C8051F020 MCU was used as the system controlling core.A silicon photovoltaic cell and an integrated operational amplifier were used to design the light intensity sensor.A pyroelectric module was selected as the infrared wireless sensor,and DS18B20 was used as the temperature sensor.Besides,a LCD was used to display the working information.Experimental results show that the system can automatically shut down when light intensity is above 2 170lx or when temperature is above 82.5 ℃,and switch on when light intensityls below 1 040 lx or when temperature is below 49.3 ℃.When the light intensity is fluctuates from 1 000 lx to 2 000lx,the brightness of the LED lighting system can automatically adjust to maintain the basic stability of the environment illumination.

Abstract:This paper introduces a method for designing a micropower smart level transmitter based on the C8051F410 system-on-chip.The internal AD/DA module is combined with peripheral circuit to complete the collection of voltage and transmission of 4-20mA current.And LCD segment liquid crystal is driven directly by MCU pin to display the current level.And Bubble filtering is used to stabilize the sampling and transmission values.This micro power system is powered by 24V DC power supply and its working current is under 2mA.The system has two ranges (0-20cm, 0-50cm), and gives the actual measured data records of the two ranges.It also analyzes the causes of measurement errors and offers corresponding improvement measures.The design scheme of the system has some reference for designing industrial instrument.

Abstract:Abstract In the closed warehouse environment, this paper designed an intelligent temperature and humidity monitoring system based on the modular design method to solve the problem that the product is easy to damage. Based on the interaction between the STM32 Main control chip and the upper computer, the warehouse temperature, humidity dual control, and other functions can be realized. Experimental results show that the design can timely control the temperature and humidity in the warehouse. Moreover, the system has the function of data broadcasting. Consequently, product quality can be guaranteed to a great extent.

Abstract:The remote level monitoring system with single chip computer C8051F021 as the core of hardware circuit of embedded system is researched.The remote level monitoring system suitable for industrial control is developed with Small RTOS51 as embedded operating system,and level of water tank as the object;the remote communication between C8051F032 and PC is implemented through using ZNE-100PT.The experiments indicate that the efficiency of the processor is enhanced in the system;and the developing period of software is shortened.The stability,reliability and maintainability of the control system have been improved.

Abstract:Abstract The weather monitoring system is based on the Internet of things platform, which is used to monitor the computer room and other places with strict requirements on environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity). It is of great significance to study how to obtain external meteorological information and internal environmental factors, to conduct visual design, and to deal with abnormal data alarm. The weather monitoring system designed in this paper USES STM32F103ZET6 as the main control chip, and the atk-esp8266 and SIM800C as the auxiliary module, and USES the tft-lcd LCD module as the display (to achieve the purpose of meteorological visualization), develop in the ‘keil u Vision4’ development environment using the C programming language.
