The Design and Application of an Altimeter System Based on 89C52

Abstract:This paper accounts for the design problem of an altimeter system based on 89C52,which is an 8 bit microcontroller produced by ATMEL. Specially,it depends on the relationship between pressure,temperature and altitude.The most important points in this paper is that it uses the I/O in 89C52 to achieve the function of SPI,which makes the A/D function come true with TLC2543.Thereafter it transfers the data which is processed to the LCD,also it returns the data to the control computer through RS232.
