Abstract:In the paper,we discussed the relation among incident energy of primary electron which belonged to the same energy band,energy exponent and real efficient secondary electron emission coefficient at higher incident electron energy from metal in theory,the relation was proved to be true by the experimental results.At last,the results were discussed and a conclusion was drawn that the product of the real efficient secondary electron emission coefficient at higher incident electron energy from metal and the(n-1)th power of incident energy of primary electron was approximately equal to a constant.
