The Change of Criminal Policies and the Penalty Categories Reform

Abstract:This article makes a thorough study on the change of our country's criminal policies.It believes that the strict-crash policy cause many trouble in our criminal law and the current construction of penalty categories belongs to an extreme mode and that a moderate mode should be constructed in the guidance of the Temper Criminal Policy with Mercy and a systematic reform should be carried out in order to make our penalty system more scientific,that is to say,to reduce the death penalty dramatically,to establish a real life-imprisonment penalty,to enlarge the application scope of the property penalty,and so on,to get the effect of the penalty's verification.
