Design and Development of Network Monitoring System for the Stretch-bending Former

Abstract:The data of the main cylinder pulling force,the lateral pressure,the main cylinder displacement,the lateral pressure cylinder displacement,the traverse cylinder displacement and the rotary angle must be monitored real-time when the stretch-bending former is being network monitored.A system was designed to monitor and control the forming process of the stretch-bending former in LAN which solved how to express and transmit those needed data in the network,and the program based on client/server was developed,which can display the position state,the work process simulation,and the failures information of the stretch-bending former in the client,and can control the forming process.The system runs steadily with a satisfied result.
