Abstract:The USB2.0 supports the high-speed signaling at 480 Mbps. It can meet the needs of image and voice signal transmitting. In this paper, after demonstration of the characters and functions of high speed digital circuit of USB2.0 link layer, a novel design and implementation method of data recovery circuits, which is based on all digital phase-looked loop (ADPLL), for the full-speed mode, as well as a new approach of parallel implementation of the encode/decode module in high-speed mode were proposed. The simulation results indicated that the circuit has reached 480MHz. A FPGA hardware simulation system was developed, in which the functions of link layer was verified.

Abstract:A novel data processing circuit in high-speed serial communication has been demonstrated in this work. The circuit, including a serializer and a frequency divider, was developed to convert the transmission signals into the desired format. The chip design is based on TSMC 0.25μm mixed signal model, and semi-custom design methodology is used. Pre- and post-layout simulation results indicated that the speed of circuit has reached 480MHz. Moreover, the data are processed properly in agreement with USB2.0 specification.

Abstract:This paper designed a multi-smodel high-speed data acquisition system and realized it to meet requirements in in industry,research and experiment.This system used FPGA as control core,and high-capacity DDR2 as data caching,with high sampling rate ADCs to realize high-speed data acquisition.It transferred data to computer with an USB chip of EZ-USB FX2LP family,and had an application program for control,data acquisition and waveform display,with multi-mode data acquisition function such as external trigger,internal trigger,delayed trigger.The test result manifests this system can achieve multi-model high-speed data acquisition at sample rate of 250 MSPS.The sample rate can be increase to the highest rate a 500 MSPS in practical application if needed.

Abstract:The development of high-speed and high-precision ADC promotes the development process of waveform digitization in nuclear physics, which in turn brings the digitization process forward. Waveform digitizer preserves the complete pulse waveform data for reconstruction, placing greater demands on data transmission speed. This article introduces an optimized data transmission implementation routine based on USB 3.0. A complete USB transmission system design includes USB firmware design, FPGA logic design, and upper USB controller design. The software and hardware of the system are specially designed to realize high-speed bidirectional communication between FPGA and PC. Through actual test, USB 3.0 transmission is high-speed and reliable, which solves a key problem of data transmission and storage of digitizer. This study has promising applications in nuclide measurements.

Abstract:A BER (Bit Error Rate ) measurement system for LVDS signal transmission, which consists of USB interface and two computers and net cable, is introduced. A pseudo-random data source is used in this system. The system measured the BER of LVDS signal in the case of 30 m distance and average transmission frequency of 21. 078 Mbit/s. The measurement results are shown in plot and table. The results indicate that LVDS signal satisfies the requirement of BES Ⅲ 's muon electronical readout system.

Abstract:A high- speed dual- channel Data- Acquisition System based on the CY7C68013 and MAX1195 is discussed in the paper. In the design, the FX2’s feature, the GPIF, which can totally remove the bottleneck caused by the 8051’s CPU, is used to achieve the maximum USB2.0 performance. No other microprocessor or CPLD or FPGA is needed. The paper has discussed both the hard- ware design and the software design of the system in great detail, including the firmware of the CY7C68013 and the user application program of the computer side. The system has been tested with a laser longitudinal mode analyzer experiment which proved the de- sign had achieved its original goals.

Abstract:In this paper, a high-speed data transmission system based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) and USB 2.0 (Universal Serial Bus) technology is designed. Firstly, we introduce the hardware of the data transmission system, which includes data acquisition circuit, transmission circuit and power conversion circuit, etc. Secondly, the corresponding software design including USB firmware program, USB driver and firmware modification are described in detail. Abstract:In this paper, a High-Speed USB implementation in the Data Acquisition Unit intended for a Reversed Field Pinch (RFP) experiment device Keda Torus eXperiment (KTX) is presented. An ultra-large amount of data transfer is a key problem in Data Acquisition System for KTX. A prototype of KTX with 64 channels was designed, sample rate of which is 16ksps and data length 24bits. High-Speed USB interface implemented in our design assure fast enough data transmission between the Data Acquisition Unit and Workstation. The CY7C68013 chip of CYPRESS Company was used as the USB interface controller. The software was developed on workstation for testing. Transmission speed is tested based on the prototype, and we find that the stable speed of USB2.0 transmission can achieve 123Mbps.

Abstract:USB interface has the advantage of plug-and-play, easy to install, high-bandwidth, easy to expand and high-speed transmission. Despite the USB2.0 specification has reached the highest transmission speed of 60MB/s, but a lot of USB 2.0 devices actually worked in the data transmission quite different from it. The data acquisition system has been designed with FPGA as a central controller and CY7C68013 as a interface in this paper. When the interface chip CY7C68013 work at Synchronization slave FIFO mode, a block synchronization signal is designed to ensure the stability and highest transmission. The highest data transfers speed of the system is 31.8MB/s.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of environmental testing industry for practical application,facilitate the integration of system and reduce the cost,a spectral signal high-speed data acquisition system of linear CCD based on FPGA and USB 2.0 was designed.It used FPGA chip EP2C20Q240 as the control core of collection system,and used USB chip CY7C68013A as data transmission channel to finish communication with PC.PC software real-time controlled CCD integral time and average time of collecting spectrum and displayed the results with curve.The experimental results show that the system is efficient and stable,so this system can be widely applied in real-time and accurate measurement of CCD spectrum.
