Abstract:In order to evaluate the electrical specification,temperature sensing and single event tolerance of space?borne phased-array T/R modules,an automatic test system based on PXI bus is designed and developed. By using this test system,the evaluation of a self-developed integrated controller with temperature sensor,which is embedded in a spaceborne X-band T/R module,is performed in this paper. By using high-speed digital I/O technology,the test speed of the present test system for electrical characteristics is improved. The ability of automatic temperature test with high-precision enables the accurate performance assessment of temperature sensing. And with the ability of au?tomatic data processing,the test system can realize the comparison between the measured electrical properties and the design specifications,the error analyzation between test data and calibration temperature and the variation esti?mation before and after single event effects. Finally,power distribution,temperature sensing and single event toler?ance of the chip are tested and analyzed. The results show that the chip can be well performed in the space environ?ment with rapidly changing temperature and strong radiations. At the same time,the test system has the advantages of simple operation,well portability,high speed of testing and high precision.

Abstract:To solve the problems that companies usually face when using statistical process control (SPC) in the quality control. The main framework of high-precision displacement measuring system is proposed. The methods of system design and optimization based on LVDT sensor are given. The technologies of network and data stream protocol of system are also discussed. The performance of the measuring system is evaluated with measurement system analysis (MSA). The result shows that this measuring system has features of stability, high precision, low cost, large volume of data storage and network function, and so on, the system is worth popularizing for application.

Abstract:All the DS18B20 sensors, used for the multipoint test temperature, are connected with MCU on one of IO bus, and temperature data are collected by turns. If the system has a large amount of sensors, the time of MCU used in processing the temperature data is obviously prolonged, so the cycle of alternate test gets longer. In this paper, a new method that DS18B20 are rationally grouped is presented, and some measures are taken in software; as a result, the speed of alternate test advances distinctly.

Abstract:Because the common mature serial bus technology has the defects of a complex control and a redundant serial bus protocol while used in the small-scale distributed measurement and control system, a TDMA-based high-speed simplified serial bus technology is proposed in this paper. The composition of the bus system and the definitions of the bus signal line are introduced. The basic features, electrical characteristics, data formats and TDMA communication control programs of the serial bus system are analyzed in detail. Besides, a programmable device based verification system is built and the simulation experiment of the serial bus is operated. The results show that the serial bus technology is feasible.

Abstract:To solve the deficiency existing in the original on-board measurement system of a test vehicle,a new on-board measurement system is presented based on CAN bus.By analyzing the existing CAN bus application level protocol of the test vehicle,CAN bus application level protocol of a new on-board measurement system is obtained from test,and relevant interface circuit is implemented.The designed measurement system fully utilizes the existing CAN bus signal of the test vehicle and uses CANcardXL data acquisition card and CANoe software to realize in-phase data acquisition of the test vehicle and the exterior CAN bus.Validity of the new measurement system is proved by road test.

Abstract:The system architecture of high-speed bus was studied to improve the control system communication speed and efficiency.A FPGA based high-speed bus applied in control system was designed and implemented,which is high real-time,high throughput,easy to expand and so on.The physical layer was based on multipoint-low-voltage differential signaling(M-LVDS) standard to achieve 256 Mbps serial communication.Multi-path optimization selection network redundancy through real-time link state maintenance was used in data link layer to ensure reliable communications while maximizing bandwidth utilization.The design was implemented on Xilinx XC3S400A FPGA and actual tests were done.Results show that communication speed and real-time performance are improved significantly compared with the current mainstream bus of control system,and the needs of upper applications are met to the greatest degree.

Abstract:The data acquisition system is one of the most important parts in an auto-test system. It can convert the analog signal to the digital signal and send the digital signal to the computer, after the computer operation, we can get the parameters of the signals. At present, the data collection technology has gained broader application. Nowadays, the universal high-speed data acquisition card commonly adopts PCI or ISA card. The PCI cards and the ISA cards have the shortcomings as follows: poor expansibility; difficult to install; unable to make electromagnetism shield in some strong electromagnetism circumstance. The PXI bus is the PCI extensions for Instrumentation. It has incomparable advantages in measuring speed and precision. At last, we test several ordnance equipments with this system. The system has the functions of signal acquisition, data processing, storage and graphics display. It also has the advantages of real-time acquisition, higher automatization, powerful data processing ability and easy function expandable ability.

Abstract:Comparing with semiconductor material, thin film samples have smaller resistivity and more fragile texture. Existing four probe measurement equipment could not fulfill the measurement requirements of thin film resistivity. Dual-configuration four-probe method is based on thin layer principle, ignores the influence of scale factor and more suitable for thin film samples, but it requires circuit switching in the measurement process and complex calculation in data processing. Visual instrument technique integrates the measurement device and computer, and the measurement process and data processing are accomplished under program control. In this paper a thin film resistivity measurement system is introduced. The stability of the system is proved by test results and the influences of variable environment factors on measurement results are also described.

Abstract:Because of using Windows Multimedia Clock, most of existing test system based on General Computer has problems of inaccurate timing and poor real-time capacity. A motor test system is developed for improving above problems and testing more motors simultaneously by serial communication with high baud rate. The test system software uses LabVIEW development platform and is developed with the idea of software engineering, which is used to make each module functionally independent and to improve reliability of the system. Simultaneously the test system uses the characteristic of LabVIEW to complete relatively accurate timing tasks and has excellent portability. In communications, it is used that professional serial port board supporting high baud rate and bus connections. After using the system, it shows that the system is not only reliable, easy to operate, high availability and reduces test costs, but also it is able to meet the needs of the actual test.

Abstract:In order to realize the precision measuring of resistance,a high accuracy resistance measuring instrument system was designed.This system used MCU as the core of control.Different standard resistance were connected to high accuracy constant voltage resource so as to create a series of high accuracy constant current which operated though the resistance under test.The voltage on the resistance under test measured by four-terminal measuring technique was converted to digital signal by A/D converter so that the value of the resistance could be worked out.This system can change measuring grades and numbers of significant digits automatically with a range about 3m-3MΩ.When the measurement speed is 15 times per-second,it can achieve the accuracy of 0.5%,and maintain the digits of change under 3.

Abstract:Indoor soil temperature and humidity detection instrument based on RS-485 and RS-232 was designed for rapid survey of temperature and humidity of indoor potting soil.The instrument included the design of the hardware system,the main sensor,the sensor wiring board and observation system.The RS-485 and the RS-232 were selected as the communication interface.Four-pin high sensitivity sensors were designed according to Topp principle.The observation system is programmed by the good GUI language VB,to collect the soil data.The testing results show that the instrument has a higher measurement accuracy and it is reliable.The system has a good human-computer operating environment and a friendly interface.It is easy to be functionally expanded and easy to maintenance.It is suitable for laboratory tests and can meet the requirements.This paper expounds on the composition,design and working principle of the instrument.

Abstract:The application of digital circuits has gone deep into various aspects of daily lives and productions. Nowadays,digital systems are becoming more and more complex,which increase the complexity and difficulty of testing the digital circuits.As an important and effective method,automatic test of digital circuits has been extensively studied for testing complex digital circuits.Therefore,we propose an automatic digital circuit test system based on the Universal Serial Bus(USB)and the General Purpose Interface Bus(GPIB)in this paper.The design of the automatic test system can be divided into two parts:the hardware and the software.The hardware of the system includes computer,GPIB converter,USB digital I/O modules and test machines with GPIB interface.Buses are the medium of information transmission between the computer and other equipment.Owing to the widely use of USB and GPIB,we select USB and GPIB to connect all the modules of the hardware.The computer is the core of the hard-ware,which controls the I/O module and the test machines with GPIB interface via the USB interface.The computer also plays the role of processing the current test data and displaying the result of the test.Software of the system is based on LabVIEW and developed in the form of graphic program.With LabVIEW,we can quickly create the software front panel and call the hardware modules in need.The software consists of applications and database. Structure of the applications can be described as “major module+functional plugs”.Content of the major module is fixed while content of the function plugs is flexible.The applications contain the major part of the automatic test system,not j ust functional test module of the digital circuits,but also the fault isolation module and etc.The applications rely on the database.Microsoft Access is selected to work as the database software.The actual working process of the system is also introduced in this paper besides the hardware and software.Generation of the testing vectors is essential for the process.As a result,two common generation test algorithms are emphasized.The automatic test system has been applied to debug digital circuits of the radar receiver system.

Abstract:Train driver controller is an important part in driver's operation,the performance of which directly influences the running status of the train.Reliability test of the controller is the most effective method to guarantee the quality of the driver controller.LabVIEW,as the PC platform,can monitor the real-time display system.While DSP (digital signal processing) as the control module,can manipulate the driver controller and collect the output data.In order to improve the efficiency of the system and decrease the cost,a master-slave network structure is adopted to realize the control modes of multiple controllers.Finally,the reliability of the drive controller is evaluated,the results show that the system could meet the testing requirements and provide a basis for the repair and maintenance of the controller at the same time.

Abstract:As automatic test technology advances, the number of programmable instruments in a single test system increases. Traditional wired communication methods have a limited range and involve complex cable layouts. Single-function wireless converters provide a viable alternative, but they have limitations. These include complicated configuration, issues with multi-system collaboration, and data blocking. This paper proposes a wireless ad hoc network platform for multi-bus instruments based on a low-cost ESP-12H WiFi module. The platform supports GPIB, RS232, RS485, and CAN bus interface instrument access. It features easy configuration, ad hoc networking, and self-repairing capabilities. A relay multi-hop network with a tree topology expands capacity and coverage. Additionally, a dynamic window-receiving mode and an improved multi-priority queue ensure data transmission integrity. The experimental results show that the platform's networking time is less than 10 s, and the coverage range reaches 50 m in complex indoor environments. It also shows good stability when running for a long time. However, due to hardware and software design limitations, the actual upload speeds fall short of the theoretical values. For example, RS232 and RS485 are about 10% slower than the theoretical values, and GPIB is about 80% slower. Further optimization is required in the future.
