Study on the Effect of A Shallowly Air - Flotation Equipment Applied in Tissue Papermaking Process

Abstract:The application effect,especially the reasons of the phenomenon so called "pulp wrapping on the roller",and the tissue papermaking technology with the recycled pulp by using a shallowly air-flotation white water recycling equipment were investigated.The comparison of the shallowly air-flotation equipment with a multiple disk white water filter was also made.The results show that"pulp wrapping on the roller"phenomenon has been a significant reduced since conducting one-factor and orthogonal experiments as well as optimization,and that the paper defect has also been decreased obviously than before accordingly.The recycled pulp fiber average length is 0.5 mm and the average width is 10.5 μm,which can satisfy the needs for reuse completely.The phenomenon of paper defect and linting has a significant decrease,and the blanket life is extended,as the recycled pulp has been directly pumped into the pulper for hardwood pulp.The shallowly air-flotation equipment applied has the advantages of a simple structure,low investment,easy operation,stable runnability,and low maintenance charge,compared with the multiple-disk white water filter.
