Research on Structural Optimization in the Steady Improvement of Labor Income Share——Based on the Perspective of Industry and Sector

Abstract:Based on labor income share calculated from the data of income approach of GDP and cash flow statement,this paper studies the structural optimization problems in the steady improvement of total labor income share,by discussing the share composition,the volatility of labor income share and structural decomposition.During the improvement of total labor income share,the emphysis should be put on the structural optimization of labor income share inside the industry（sector） when indstrial（sectoral） structure remains relatively stable.The emphysis should be put on the industrial（sectoral） structural optimization of different industries（sectors） in which the proportion of added value improves when labor income share of the industry（sector） remains relatively stable.The emphysis should be also put on the comprehensive effect on the steady improvement of total labor income share under the combination of intra-industry（sector） effect and industrial（sectoral） structural effect.It is important for improving total labor income share to maintain the labor income share of primary industry（sector） and incrase the proportion of tertiary industry（resident sector） over national economy when optimizing structure.
