Abstract:A special controller based on ARM(advanced RISC machines) was designed to effectively control the energy regulation based variable-speed electro-hydraulic system and improve its application characteristic.In the view of energy regulation and based on the energy supply-demand relationship,a PID based compound control strategy was designed to control the inverter,the proportional directional valve and the proportional throttle valve.The system control parameters are set by the keyboard and the operation state of the system can be real-time displayed on the LCD installed in the controller.And the controller provides the serial communication interface between the controller and the upper-end computer for real-time monitor.The rectangle experiments of valve control system,variable-speed control system,valve variable-speed compound control system,and energy regulation based variable-speed control system were accomplished.The experimental results show that the controller can work effectively,and the designed system can obtain fast response and good energy-saving effect.
