Analysis on the Academic Origin Structure of Doctoral Students in China——Taking Doctoral Graduates in 2006 as an Example

Abstract:According to the empirical analysis on academic origin structure of doctoral graduates in 2006,the proportion of the whole excellent doctoral student-resource is low,especially the attractiveness of the non-Project 985 universities is obviously not enough for the excellent doctoral student-resource;doctoral students tend to excellent educational resources step by step;there are problems such as doctoral students having obvious love knot for Alma Mater,weak mobility,and prominent problem of close breeding.To greatly improve the treatment of the doctoral students,further expand the doctoral student enrolment autonomy of the universities,and actively explore more scientific and reasonable ways of enrolment and examination are the top priority to improve the quality of doctoral student-resource.
