Abstract:The invention provides a cleaning agent for detergency after glass silk-screen printing. The cleaning agent comprises the following components in the aqueous solution by weight: 5-10% of inorganic bases, 1-10% of EDTA tetrasodium, 2-15% of sodium carbonate, 3-15% of a surfactant and 0.5-5% of glycerol. Preferably, the surfactant is a complex component of alkylphenol ethoxylate and alkyl glucoside, and the alkylphenol ethoxylate is OP-10 or TX-10. The glass detergent has the advantages of simple preparation technology, stable property and low cost. the white point, the glass surface, edge coat and surface oil stubborn stains can be quickly removed after soaking the glass in the stock solution at room temperature for 5-10 min, and fingerprints and other oily dirt are also significantly improved. Examination proves that the cleaning agent does not hurt the glass after immersion; and through reliability test, the glass after silk-screen printing treated by the cleaning agent has product (glass) quality intact.
