Study on the Power Enterprise Procurement's Standardized Method

Abstract:In order to ensure that the electric power enterprise material purchasing work carried out in an orderly manner,and make the work to be able to run on reasonable, standardized and efficient path, in this paper, the standardized procurement method for electric power enterprises was studied,from the procurement plan's rationality and normalization, the choice of procurement method, the training of procurement staff, the supervision and decision making of procurement etc are discussed, provides a set of standardized work methods for the electric power enterprise material purchasing. By using the method, avoid the risk of purchasing effectively, at the same time, improve the procurement efficiency, reduce the purchasing cost, make a contribution to the company's cost reduction and benefit increasing.
