Abstract:Supplier management is an important part of supply chain management, combined with the feature of the power industry, the paper design supplier comprehensive evaluation system of power grid enterprises, and put forward comprehensive green degree into supplier evaluation index system to conform to the national grid company production requirements. Firstly, according to the index system, the analytic hierarchy process evaluation method to draw the initial weights, secondly, the modification of entropy weight method to reduce the subjective factor influence on the evaluation results by AHP , finally, an example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the evaluation index system for the power grid enterprise, it aslo provides a theoretical basis for decision-makers during the vendor selection.
