Abstract:A twenty-three years old Dravidian Indian female presented with a chief complaint of pain in the right lower back tooth region of one month duration. On clinical examination, a partially erupted tooth (tooth number #32) was noted with pericoronitis. There were no other remarkable extra-oral findings. Radiographic evaluation was advised for the estimation of the depth and angulation of the tooth in concern, which included orthopantomogram (OPG) along with acquisition and reconstruction of Cone Beam CT (10×8cm, 90kvA, 10mAs) for the mandibular arch (Figure 1-2).
