Latest Advances on the Reserch for Technics in VCM Production of Balanced Oxychlorination

Abstract:Briefly introduced the production method of balanced oxychlorination producing Vinyl Chloride Monomer(VCM). Summarized the catalyst development and the application in the VCM production, mainly in the oxychloride reaction adds the new type multi-components catalyst to expedite the reaction rate greatly and in the decomposition response adds the catalyst to enhance the reaction reactivity rate and reduce the by-product.In the VCM production each unit technique improvement, including provides the heat source using the reaction heat for distillation, using double avail pressure change distill technology, adding heat recovery equipment and so on .Their main goal is to reduce the steam loss and increase the thermal recycling uses. Finally forcast the research on the balanced oxychlorination producing VCM.
