Abstract:Over the years, our family of journals—owned by the International Society for Sexual Medicine and official journals of the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH)—have published the Sandra Leiblum Presidential Address, delivered by the current ISSWSH president at the start of the annual meeting, as an editorial. This year is no different. I hope that some of you who read this journal were in attendance, but for those who were not, the mission of the ISSWSH very much aligns with the missions of our journals. By now, our members are used to me writing "Dear ISSWSH Community." I always update you on what is new with our society and a little something about what is happening with me. It is bittersweet that this is my last letter to you. But before I start, I was asked at our board meeting to reflect on my presidency. I just want to say how wonderful these last 2 years have been for me personally—a lot of work, a lot of fun, a lot of personal growth. I have interacted with so many people and have had so many rewarding experiences. I want to thank all of you for making that happen. During my presidency, I have tried to inspire our members to realize that everyone can make a difference in this world. In speaking last year about overcoming imposter syndrome, I have heard from so many of you that you, too, recognize that you were suffering from this and now have a stronger sense of worth. I have gotten to travel the globe both as myself and as a representative of the ISSWSH, and let me tell you how good it feels to tell people about our society, to see their sense of awe and wonder the first time they hear about the ISSWSH, and then to see their names appear on our membership application list. I have seen friends from other continents who for so long were only on my Zoom screen, and I have shaken hands and hugged new members. As a society, we have been growing our wings and will continue to do so.
