Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in diabetic foot ulcer infections. Methods Using a sterile swab of a hospital for treatment of patients with diabetic foot ulcer secretions, bacterial culture and sensitivity test. Results Pathogens were isolated to 117, including Gram-positive bacteria 53, accounting for 45.3%, 62 Gram-negative bacteria, accounting for 53.0%, fungi 2, accounting for 1.7%;detected for the largest number of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, there are 27, accounting for 23.1%. Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant to ceftazidime more serious, but ciprofloxacin, amikacin, imipenem, meropenem lower resistance rates; Acinetobacter baumanni resistant to more serious, In addition to imipenem, meropenem and levofloxacin, the resistance rates to other antimicrobial agents in more than 30%; Escherichia coli and Klebsiel a pneumoniae piperacil in / tazobactam resistance rate of more than 90%; the detection of two Enterobacter cloacae were resistant to ceftazidime. Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Enterococcus ceftazidime, cotrimoxazole, cefepime resistance rates higher, exceeding 50%, higher rates of enterococci resistant to levofloxacin. Conclusion The area of diabetic foot ulcer infections with Gram-negative pathogenic bacil i resistant each genus are quite dif erent, and the resistance is more serious, the clinician should be a reasonable choice of antibiotics based on susceptibility results.
