Abstract:In this investigation, the potential of utilizing the perovskite material CsPbBr1.3I1.7 as a substitute for fluorine-containing tetravalent manganese phosphors was explored, resulting in the successful fabrication of a standard-red perovskite film emitting at a wavelength of 630 nm. The introduction of doped potassium bromide (KBr) was employed to mitigate charge traps between films, with further enhancements achieved through the strategic application of modification layers and electrode materials. The research findings indicate that an optimal concentration of the KBr-modified layer, coupled with an ethylene glycol (EG)-doped PEDOT: PSS electrode, not only enhances the flatness of the light-emitting layer film but also preserves luminous efficiency. This study holds promise for advancing the cost-effective application of high-efficiency standard-red perovskite thin films while addressing concerns related to land pollution during production. The overall device performance reached a luminance of 745 cd/m2 and an External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) of 0.24%, showcasing significant strides in the development of perovskite-based lighting technology.
