Abstract:The invention relates to a temperature-controllable floating head heat exchanger with disc and loop type baffling plates. The temperature-controllable floating head heat exchanger comprises a casing and is characterized in that a center passage with a heat insulation layer on the inner wall is arranged in the casing, one end of the center passage extends into a head cavity, the other end of the center passage is communicated with a pipe pass fluid cavity, a center passage butterfly valve is arranged in the center passage, pipe pass fluid entering the head cavity from a pipe pass inlet flows into heat exchange pipes from a pipe pass butterfly valve in the head cavity and into the pipe pass fluid cavity along the heat exchange pipes, and at least one loop baffling plate and at least one disc baffling plate are arranged in the casing. The temperature-controllable floating head heat exchanger has the advantages that heat exchange coefficient of the heat exchanger is effectively increased, heat exchange area is decreased, manufacturing cost of equipment and flowing resistance of the casing pass fluid are reduced effectively, power cost of the heat exchanger during running is saved, and stable running of downstream equipment of the heat exchanger is effectively guaranteed.
