Abstract:Dengue infection is a viral illness that influences hundreds of thousands of individuals everywhere. Dengue diagnostics are typically not conducted due to their upmost prices, difficult procedures, and lengthy turnaround times. Particular assessments require rapid, trustworthy, and straightforward methodologies for general usage. The rapid diagnosis of dengue fever can prevent sickness from spreading, save lives, and minimize expenses. Controlling and detecting this virus is a significant global public health concern. To address this issue, we designed novel Four-square edge angle–shaped biosensors with computer modeling that can diagnose blood cells infected with dengue virus. Dengue virus can be diagnosed by analyzing the infected cells of plasma, platelets, and hemoglobin cells (HGB) of the blood. The upmost sensitivity (S) achieved for dengue diagnosis is 1090.90 nm/RIU for the blood platelet cells. The upmost valuate of quality factor (QF) is 2206.94, the figure of merit (FOM) is 969.29, and the detection limit is 0.00068. This developed biosensor is probable to diagnose dengue infected blood cells.
