Abstract:In this note we record a comparison theorem on the B-model variation of semi-infinite Hodge structures. This result is considered a folklore theorem by experts in the field. We only take this opportunity to write it down. Our motivation is to apply it in the study of B-model categorical enumerative invariants.

Abstract:We construct a global B-model for any quasi-homogeneous polynomial f that has properties similar to the properties of the physic's B-model on a Calabi-Yau manifold. The main ingredients in our construction are K. Saito's theory of primitive forms and Givental's higher genus reconstruction. More precisely, we consider the moduli space M-mar degrees of the so-called marginal deformations of f . For each point sigma is an element of M-mam degrees mar we introduce the notion of an opposite subspace in the twisted de Rham cohomology of the corresponding singularity f(sigma) and prove that opposite subspaces are in one-to-one correspondence with the splittings of the Hodge structure in the vanishing cohomology of f(sigma). Therefore, according to M. Saito, an opposite subspace gives rise to a semi-simple Frobenius structure on the space of miniversal deformations of f(sigma). Using Givental's higher genus reconstruction we define a total ancestor potential A(sigma) ((h) over bar, q) whose properties can be described quite elegantly in terms of the properties of the corresponding opposite subspace. For example, if the opposite subspace corresponds to the splitting of the Hodge structure given by complex conjugation, then the total ancestor potential is monodromy invariant and it satisfies the BCOV holomorphic anomaly equations. The coefficients of the total ancestor potential could be viewed as quasi-modular forms on M-Mar degrees in a certain generalized sense. As an application of our construction, we consider the case of a Fermat polynomial W that defines a Calabi-Yau hypersurface X-w in a weighted-projective space. We have constructed two opposite subspaces and proved that the corresponding total ancestor potentials can be identified with respectively the total ancestor potential of the orbifold quotient X-W/(G) over tilde (W) and the total ancestor potential of FJRW invariants corresponding to (W, G(W)). Here G(W) is the maximal group of diagonal symmetries of W and (G) over tilde (W) is a quotient of G(W) by the subgroup of those elements that act trivially on X-W. In particular, our result establishes the so-called Landau-Ginzburg/Calabi-Yau correspondence for the pair (W, G(W)).
A non-abelian version of Deligne's Fixed Part Theorem

Abstract:We formulate and prove a non-abelian analog of Deligne's Fixed Part theorem on Hodge classes, revisiting previous work of Jost--Zuo, Katzarkov--Pantev and Landesman--Litt. To this aim we study algebraically isomonodromic extensions of local systems and we relate them to variations of Hodge structures, for example we show that the Mumford-Tate group at a generic point stays constant in an algebraically isomonodromic extension of a variation of Hodge structure. v2: a few typos ironed and Thm 1.1 5) completed. v3: there was a Schlamassel leading to a mix-up of files. Abstract:We explain the homological relation between the Frobenius structure on the deformation space of Calabi-Yau manifold and the gauge theory of Kodaira-Spencer gravity. We show that the genus zero generating function of descendant invariants on Calabi-Yau manifolds from Barannikov's semi-infinite variation of Hodge structures is equivalent to the Kodaira-Spencer gauge theory at tree level.

Abstract:In this note we explore the variation of Hodge structures associated to the orbifold Landau-Ginzburg B-model whose superpotential has two variables. We extend the Getzler-Gauss-Manin connection to Hochschild chains twisted by group action. As an application, we provide explicit computations for the Getzler-Gauss-Manin connection on the universal (noncommutative) unfolding of Z(2)-orbifolding of A-type singularities. The result verifies an example of deformed version of Mckay correspondence.

Abstract:In this short note, we provide an alternative proof of a notable theorem by Narasimhan and Ramanan. The theorem states that the moduli space of $S$-equivalence classes of semistable rank $2$ vector bundles over a curve $X$ of genus $2$ with trivial determinant is isomorphic to $\mathbb{P}^3$. Our proof relies on a criterion by Bauer and Szemberg, which characterizes projective spaces among smooth Fano varieties using Seshadri constants.

Abstract:We study Tate–Vogel cohomology of complexes by applying the model structure induced by a complete hereditary cotorsion pair (A,B) of modules. Vanishing of Tate–Vogel cohomology characterizes the finiteness of A dimension and B dimension of complexes defined by Yang and Ding [57]. Applications go in three directions. The first is to characterize when a left and right Noetherian ring is Gorenstein. The second is to obtain some criteria for the validity of the Finitistic Dimension Conjecture. The third is to investigate the relationships between flat dimension and Gorenstein flat dimension for complexes.

Abstract:Motivated by classical Alexander invariants of affine hypersurface complements, we endow certain finite dimensional quotients of the homology of abelian covers of complex algebraic varieties with a canonical and functorial mixed Hodge structure (MHS). More precisely, we focus on covers which arise algebraically in the following way: if $U$ is a smooth connected complex algebraic variety and $G$ is a complex semiabelian variety, the pullback of the exponential map by an algebraic morphism $f:U\to G$ yields a covering space $\pi:U^f\to U$ whose group of deck transformations is $\pi_1(G)$. The new MHSs are compatible with Deligne's MHS on the homology of $U$ through the covering map $\pi$ and satisfy a direct sum decomposition as MHSs into generalized eigenspaces by the action of deck transformations. This provides a vast generalization of the previous results regarding univariable Alexander modules by Geske, Maxim, Wang and the authors. Lastly, we reduce the problem of whether the first Betti number of the Milnor fiber of a central hyperplane arrangement complement is combinatorial to a question about the Hodge filtration of certain MHSs defined in this paper, providing evidence that the new structures contain interesting information.

Hodge structures on conformal blocks

Abstract:We prove existence and uniqueness of complex Hodge structures on modular functors, under the assumptions that their conformal blocks are semisimple as representations of mapping class groups and that the associated categories are ribbon. These $2$ assumptions are satisfied by modular functors coming from Lie algebras, and it is an open conjecture that they are always satisfied. The proof is based on the non-abelian Hodge correspondence and Ocneanu rigidity. Given a modular functor, we explain how its Hodge numbers fit into a Frobenius algebra and the Chern characters of its Hodge decompositions into a new cohomological field theory (CohFT). In the case of $\mathrm{SU}(2)$ modular functors of level $2$ times an odd number, we give explicit formulas for all Hodge numbers, in any genus $g$.

Abstract:We establish a structure theorem, analogous to the classical result of Milnor and Moore, for differential graded Hopf algebras: any differential Hopf algebra $H$ that is free as a coalgebra carries an underlying $B_\infty$ algebra structure that restricts to the subspace of primitives, and conversely $H$ may be recovered via a universal enveloping differential-2-associative algebra. This extends the work of Loday and Ronco [12] where the ungraded non-differential case was treated, and only the multibrace part of the $B_\infty$ structure was found. We show that the multibrace structure of [12] originates from a twisting of a quasi-trivial structure, extending the work of Markl [14] on the $A_\infty$ structure underlying any algebra with a square-zero endomorphism. In this framework it is also clear that the multibrace and $A_\infty$ structures are compatible, and provide an appropriate $B_\infty$ structure for the structure theorem.

Abstract:We introduce in this paper the notion of Hodge similarities of transcendental lattices of hyperkähler manifolds and investigate the Hodge conjecture for these Hodge morphisms. Studying K3 surfaces with a symplectic automorphism, we prove the Hodge conjecture for the square of the general member of the first four-dimensional families of K3 surfaces with totally real multiplication of degree two. We then show the functoriality of the Kuga--Satake construction with respect to Hodge similarities. This implies that, if the Kuga--Satake Hodge conjecture holds for two hyperkähler manifolds, then every Hodge similarity between their transcendental lattices is algebraic after composing it with the Lefschetz isomorphism. In particular, we deduce that Hodge similarities of transcendental lattices of hyperkähler manifolds of generalized Kummer deformation type are algebraic.

Explicitly, we construct an explicit family of measures on the real line that are $p$-adic and $q$-adic doubling for any distinct primes $p$ and $q$, yet not doubling, and we apply these results to show analogous statements about the reverse Hölder and Muckenhoupt $A_p$ classes of weights. Abstract:We develop a constructive model of homotopy type theory in a Quillen model category that classically presents the usual homotopy theory of spaces. Our model is based on presheaves over the cartesian cube category, a well-behaved Eilenberg-Zilber category. The key innovation is an additional equivariance condition in the specification of the cubical Kan fibrations, which can be described as the pullback of an interval-based class of uniform fibrations in the category of symmetric sequences of cubical sets. The main technical results in the development of our model have been formalized in a computer proof assistant.

Abstract:The main result of this paper is the proof of the "transversal part" of the homological mirror symmetry conjecture for an elliptic curve which states an equivalence of two $A_{\infty}$-structures on the category of vector bundles on an elliptic curves. The proof is based on the study of $A_{\infty}$-structures on the category of line bundles over an elliptic curve satisfying some natural restrictions (in particular, $m_1$ should be zero, $m_2$ should coincide with the usual composition). The key observation is that such a structure is uniquely determined up to homotopy by certain triple products.
