What problem does this paper attempt to address?
This paper mainly discusses the tensor product construction problem of Archimedean Riesz spaces. The authors, together with Buskes, have previously pointed out that the Ogasawara-Maeda representation of Archimedean Riesz spaces can be used to construct a third Archimedean Riesz space G and a bijective Riesz bimorphism φ from E×F to G. They also noticed that the Riesz subspace generated by φ is isomorphic to the Archimedean Riesz space tensor product E⊗F constructed by Fremlin. In this paper, the authors demonstrate how to directly and concisely construct and prove the properties of E⊗F through this representation method, and point out that any choice of G and φ will produce isomorphic objects. They use the Krein-Kakutani representation theorem to prove that the generated tensor product is essentially independent of the choice of G and φ. In addition, the paper also discusses the uniqueness, properties, and some density results of the tensor product. Specifically, the paper includes the following points: 1. Provides a simple method based on known representations to construct the tensor product E⊗F of Archimedean Riesz spaces. 2. Emphasizes that this method is based on classical representation theorems but avoids complex construction processes. 3. Proves that the Riesz subspace generated from E×F through a specific bijective Riesz bimorphism can construct E⊗F, and this construction is equivalent to Fremlin's method. 4. Discusses the uniqueness and basic properties of the tensor product, such as being an Archimedean Riesz space and a vector subspace of E and F. 5. Provides theorems on the density properties of the tensor product. The paper concludes by citing the relevant work of Fremlin, Schaefer, Grobler, Labuschagne, and others, and thanking Vladimir Troitsky for his suggestions.
