Abstract:In this study, $(1,1)-$weak type boundedness of square function $S_{\alpha,\psi}$ is obtained by using Nazarov-Treil and Volberg technique. Also using this result, the $(1,1)-$ weak type boundedness of $g^{*}_{\lambda,\psi}$ operator is investigated.

Abstract:Let $S_{\alpha }$ be the multilinear square function defined on the cone with aperture $\alpha \ge 1$. In this paper, we investigate several kinds of weighted norm inequalities for $S_{\alpha }$. We first obtain a sharp weighted estimate in terms of aperture $\alpha $ and $\vec {w} \in A_{\vec {p}}$. By means of some pointwise estimates, we also establish two-weight inequalities including bump and entropy bump estimates, and Fefferman–Stein inequalities with arbitrary weights. Beyond that, we consider the mixed weak type estimates corresponding Sawyer's conjecture, for which a Coifman–Fefferman inequality with the precise $A_{\infty }$ norm is proved. Finally, we present the local decay estimates using the extrapolation techniques and dyadic analysis respectively. All the conclusions aforementioned hold for the Littlewood–Paley $g^*_{\lambda }$ function. Some results are new even in the linear case.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the boundedness of a square function operator from ergodic theory acting on noncommutative Lp-spaces. The main result is a weak type (1,1) estimate of this operator. We also show the (L∞,BMO) estimate, and thus all the strong type (Lp,Lp) estimates by interpolation. The main new difficulty lies in the fact that the kernel of this square function operator does not enjoy any regularity, while the Lipschitz regularity assumption is crucial in showing such endpoint estimates for the noncommutative Calderón-Zygmund singular integrals.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the boundedness of the multilinear pseudo-differential operator <math>Tσ</math>. First, we establish the local exponential decay estimates for <math>Tσ</math>. In terms of the corresponding commutators <math>Tσ,Σb</math>, we obtain the local subexponential decay estimates. Secondly, we derive the weighted mixed weak type inequality for <math>Tσ</math>, which parallels Sawyer's conjecture for Calderón-Zygmund operators and covers the endpoint weighted inequalities. Last but not least, we present the sharp weighted estimates for <math>Tσ</math> and <math>Tσ,Σb</math>. It is worth mentioning that our results are totally new even in the linear case.

Abstract:The main goal of this paper is to provide a complete characterization of the weak-type boundedness of the Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator, $M$, on weighted Lorentz spaces $\Lambda^p_u(w)$, whenever $p>1$. This solves a problem left open in \cite{crs:crs}. Moreover, with this result, we complete the program of unifying the study of the boundedness of $M$ on weighted Lebesgue spaces and classical Lorentz spaces, which was initiated in the aforementioned monograph.

Abstract:Via the new weight function $A_{\vec p}^{\theta }(\varphi )$, the authors introduce a new class of multilinear Littlewood--Paley $g_{\lambda}^{*}$ functions and establish the boundedness on weighted Lebesgue spaces. In addition, the authors obtain the boundedness of the multilinear commutator and multilinear iterated commutator generated by the multilinear Littlewood--Paley $g_{\lambda}^{*}$ function and the new $BMO$ function on weighted Lebesgue spaces. The results in this article include the known results in \cite{XY2015,SXY2014}. When $m=1$, that is, in the case of one-linear, our conclusions are also new, further extending the results in \cite{S1961}.

Abstract:The operators $\Lambda_m$ ($m\in\mathbb{N}\cup \{0\}$) arise when one studies the action of the Beurling-Ahlfors transform on certain radial function subspaces. It is known that the weak-type $(1,1)$ constant of $\Lambda_0$ is equal to $1/\ln(2)\approx 1.44$. We show that the weak-type $(1,1)$ constant of $\Lambda_m$ is larger than $1.34$ for every $m\in \mathbb{N}$ (in particular, it does not tend to $1$ when $m\to\infty$). This disproves a conjecture of Gill [Mich. Math. J. 59 (2010), No. 2, 353-363]. We also prove a companion result for the adjoint operators.

Abstract:In this note, notwithstanding the generalization, we simplify and shorten the proofs of the main results of the third author's paper \cite{SXY} significantly. In particular, the new proof for \cite[Theorem 1.1]{SXY} is quite short and, unlike the original proof, does not rely on the properties of the "Marcinkiewicz function". This allows us to get a precise linear dependence on Dini constants with a subsequent application to Littlewood--Paley operators by well-known techniques. In other words, we relax the log-Dini condition in the pointwise bound to the classical Dini condition. %$\int\limits_{0}^{1} \frac{\varphi(t)}{t}dt<\infty$. This solves an open problem (see e.g. \cite[pp. 37--38]{CY}). Our method can be applied to the multilinear case.

Abstract:We characterize the weak-type boundedness of the Hilbert transform $H$ on weighted Lorentz spaces $\Lambda^p_u(w)$, with $p>0$, in terms of some geometric conditions on the weights $u$ and $w$ and the weak-type boundedness of the Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator on the same spaces. Our results recover simultaneously the theory of the boundedness of $H$ on weighted Lebesgue spaces $L^p(u)$ and Muckenhoupt weights $A_p$, and the theory on classical Lorentz spaces $\Lambda^p(w)$ and Ariño Muckenhoupt weights $B_p$.

Abstract:The setting of this work is the n-dimensional hyperbolic space $\mathbb {R}^{+} \times \mathbb {R}^{n-1}$, where the Laplacian is given a drift in the $\mathbb {R}^{+}$ direction. We consider the operators defined by the horizontal Littlewood-Paley-Stein functions for the heat semigroup and the Poisson semigroup, and also the Riesz transforms of order 1 and 2. These operators are known to be bounded on $L^{p},\; 1<p<\infty $, for the relevant measure. We show that most of the Littlewood-Paley-Stein operators and all the Riesz transforms are also of weak type (1,1). But in some exceptional cases, we disprove the weak type (1,1).

Abstract:This paper is dedicated to investigating the $L^p$-bounds of wave operators $W_\pm(H,\Delta^2)$ associated with fourth-order Schrödinger operators $H=\Delta^2+V$ on $\mathbb{R}^3$. We consider that real potentials satisfy $|V(x)|\lesssim \langle x\rangle^{-\mu}$ for some $\mu>0$. A recent work by Goldberg and Green \cite{GoGr21} has demonstrated that wave operators $W_\pm(H,\Delta^2)$ are bounded on $L^p(\mathbb{R}^3)$ for all $1<p<\infty$ under the condition that $\mu>9$, and zero is a regular point of $H$. In this paper, we aim to further establish endpoint estimates for $W_\pm(H,\Delta^2)$ in two significant ways. First, we provide counterexamples that illustrate the unboundedness of $W_\pm(H,\Delta^2)$ on the endpoint spaces $L^1(\mathbb{R}^3)$ and $L^\infty(\mathbb{R}^3)$, even for non-zero compactly supported potentials $V$. Second, we establish weak (1,1) estimates for the wave operators $W_\pm(H,\Delta^2)$ and their dual operators $W_\pm(H,\Delta^2)^*$ in the case where zero is a regular point and $\mu>11$. These estimates depend critically on the singular integral theory of Calderón-Zygmund on a homogeneous space $(X,d\omega)$ with a doubling measure $d\omega$.

Abstract:We prove weighted weak-type $(r,r)$ estimates for operators satisfying $(r,s)$ limited-range sparse domination of $\ell^q$-type. Our results contain improvements for operators satisfying limited-range and square function sparse domination. In the case of operators $T$ satisfying standard sparse form domination such as Calderón-Zygmund operators, we provide a new and simple proof of the sharp bound $$ \|T\|_{L^1_w(\mathbf{R}^d)\rightarrow L^{1,\infty}_w(\mathbf{R}^d)} \lesssim [w]_1(1+\log [w]_{\text{FW}}). $$

Abstract:In this paper, we establish quantitative weak type estimates for operators that are dominated by (fractional) sparse operators in bilinear sense. Specifically, we derive bounds for both the restricted weak type $L^{p,1}\rightarrow L^{q,\infty}$ and the multiplier weak type, the latter of which has been previously considered by Cruz-Uribe and Sweeting. These estimates provide a precise quantification of the mapping properties of the considered operators, extending and refining the existing theory.
