Abstract:We prove several formulas related to Hodge theory and the Kodaira–Spencer–Kuranishi deformation theory of Kähler manifolds. As applications, we present a construction of globally convergent power series of integrable Beltrami differentials on Calabi–Yau manifolds and also a construction of global canonical family of holomorphic (n,0) -forms on the deformation spaces of Calabi–Yau manifolds. Similar constructions are also applied to the deformation spaces of compact Kähler manifolds.

Abstract:We study the holomorphic family of pairs {(X-t, E-t)} by the calculation of Kuranishi data on {E-t}, where each E-t is a holomorphic vector bundle over the compact complex manifold X-t. The splitting of holomorphic cotangent bundle over E-0 via any integrable connection decomposes the Kuranishi data into the horizontal part and the vertical part. The horizontal part is the Kursnishi data of base family {X-t}. When the vertical part is vanishing under the decomposition by a Nakano semi-positive Chern connection del, i.e. {(X-t, E-t)} is lifting from base family {X-t} via del, we get a infinitesimal extension of (partial derivative) over bar -closed bundle valued (n, q)-form by the recursive method.

Abstract:Let $\mathbb{k}$ be a field, and let $\Lambda$ be a (not necessarily finite dimensional) $\mathbb{k}$-algebra. Let $V$ be a left $\Lambda$-module such that is finite dimensional over $\mathbb{k}$. Assume further that $V$ has a weak universal deformation ring $R^w(\Lambda,V)$, which is a complete Noetherian commutative local $\mathbb{k}$-algebra with residue field $\mathbb{k}$. We prove in this note that under certain conditions on the $\Lambda$-module $V$, that if $R^w(\Lambda,V)$ is a quotient of $\mathbb{k}[\![t]\!]$, then $R^w(\Lambda,V)$ is either isomorphic to $\mathbb{k}$, or $\mathbb{k}[\![t]\!]$, or to $\mathbb{k}[\![t]\!]/(t^N)$ for some integer $N\geq 2$.

Deformations of left-symmetric color algebras

Abstract:We develop a deformation theory for finite-dimensional left-symmetric color algebras, which can be used to construct more new algebraic structures and interpret left-symmetric color cohomology spaces of lower degrees. We explore equivalence classes and extendability of deformations for a fixed left-symmetric color algebra, demonstrating that each infinitesimal deformation is nontrivially extendable if the third cohomology subspace of degree zero is trivial. We also study Nijenhuis operators and Rota-Baxter operators on a left-symmetric color algebra, providing a better understanding of the equivalence class of the trivial infinitesimal deformation.

Abstract:Using exact partition functions and finite-size corrections for the Ising model on finite square, plane triangular, and honeycomb lattices, we obtain universal finite-size scaling functions for the specific heat, the internal energy, and the free energy of the Ising model on these lattices with exact non-universal metric factors.

We classify all noncommutative projective schemes obtained from the differential chains in the universal enveloping algebra of the free nilpotent Lie algebra of index q generated by . The construction proposed allows us to provide a new method of deformation quantization of the commutative projective schemes within the considered framework.

Abstract:The derived McKay correspondence conjecture says that there is an equivalence of triangulated categories between the bounded derived categories of commutative and non-commutative crepant resolutions of a Gorenstein singularity. We will prove that this derived equivalence extends between the semi-universal non-commutative deformations of the commutative and the non-commutative crepant resolutions of a toric surface singularity.

Abstract:We study deformation theory of mod $p$ Galois representations of $p$-adic fields with values in generalised tori, such as $L$-groups of (possibly non-split) tori. We show that the corresponding deformation rings are formally smooth over a group algebra of a finite abelian $p$-group. We compute their dimension and the set of irreducible components.

Abstract:Algebra Colloquium, Volume 31, Issue 01, Page 63-82, March 2024. A Clifford deformation of a Koszul Frobenius algebra [math] is a finite dimensional [math]-graded algebra [math], which corresponds to a noncommutative quadric hypersurface [math] for some central regular element [math]. It turns out that the bounded derived category [math] is equivalent to the stable category of the maximal Cohen-Macaulay modules over [math] provided that [math] is noetherian. As a consequence, [math] is a noncommutative isolated singularity if and only if the corresponding Clifford deformation [math] is a semisimple [math]-graded algebra. The preceding equivalence of triangulated categories also indicates that Clifford deformations of trivial extensions of a Koszul Frobenius algebra are related to Knörrer's periodicity theorem for quadric hypersurfaces. As an application, we recover Knörrer's periodicity theorem without using matrix factorizations.

Abstract:We provide a prorepresenting object for the noncommutative derived deformation problem of deforming a module X over a differential graded algebra. Roughly, we show that the corresponding deformation functor is homotopy prorepresented by the dual bar construction on the derived endomorphism algebra of X. We specialise to the case when X is one-dimensional over the base field, and introduce the notion of framed deformations, which rigidify the problem slightly and allow us to obtain derived analogues of the results of Ed Segal’s thesis. Our main technical tool is Koszul duality, following Pridham and Lurie’s interpretation of derived deformation theory. Along the way we prove that a large class of dgas are quasi-isomorphic to their Koszul double dual, which we interpret as a derived completion functor; this improves a theorem of Lu–Palmieri–Wu–Zhang. We also adapt our results to the setting of multi-pointed deformation theory, and furthermore give an analysis of universal prodeformations. As an application, we give a deformation-theoretic interpretation to Braun–Chuang–Lazarev’s derived quotient.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider deformations of Lie 2-algebras via the cohomology theory. We prove that a 1-parameter infinitesimal deformation of a Lie 2-algebra g corresponds to a 2-cocycle of g with the coefficients in the adjoint representation. A Nijenhuis operator on a Lie 2-algebra is introduced to describe trivial deformations. Abstract:This note intertwines the concepts of degeneration and contraction of algebras and quadratic forms defined on a vector space V . The general linear group GL(V ) acts regularly on the spaces of these two objects. The base field is taken to be infinite of characteristic not 2. It is unrestricted otherwise, as in the first cited paper of Ivanova and Pallikaros. We apply the results to algebras and forms in dimensions two and three.
