Abstract:To overcome the problems in the checking of auto air-condition compressor, such as uncontinuous process, long period, notable artifical effect and so on, we design an auto air-condition compressor checking system. This system, using SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC and OP170B, can complete all checking items automatically. This paper presents the main characters of this system including equipments, control flow, hardware design and software programming. Practice has proved that this system can improve the checking rate remarkably and guarantee the checking accuracy so that it fulfills the design requirement.

Abstract:PLC control system has been widely applied in industrial control for its excellent performance and high reliability,particularly in the sequential control process. Building steps of S7-300 PLC and programming/debugging process of software STEP7 were introduced with the project background of a large hydraulic equipment. Advantages such as simple design,convenient programming,reliable running and so on were indicated in the actual implementation of the PLC system.

Abstract:The principle of supervisory system with microcomputer for central cooling system is presented.The system includes three subsystems,and data processing subsystem with industrial control computer.The acquisition subsystem gets basic data according to sensors,and the data is processed in processing subsystem.The communication subsystem is set for transmitting data from PLC to industrial control computer.Adopting multilevel distributed structure not only avoid the loss of signal caused by long-distance transmission,but also simplifies the wiring and facilitates adding the amount and sorts.The system is easy to be extended and upgraded.The paper completes both the software and hardware design and presents a kind of central air conditional monitoring system that can be applied to the large-scale public buildings.

In contemporary society, people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of life, and the use of Programmable logic controller (PLC) to control smart homes has become popular. This paper draws on the traditional use of PLC to control the temperature and humidity of the greenhouse and the concentration of carbon dioxide, and considers the use of PLC to realize the control of smart home. The design uses PLC programmable controller to control the temperature and humidity of smart home life, making life more intelligent.

Abstract:Principle and process of automatic control on water mist fire-extinguishing system created based on PLC are instructed in the paper. The experiment includes the research of the outfire effect of water mist system, temperature sampling-and-treating of the fire field during the burning and extinguishing is also completed. The result shows that system reacts quickly, the control process and action reach the requirement. One of the mechanics of water mist for putting out liquid combustible fire is the notable cooling effect of water mist.

Abstract:As for the separated air conditioner in the public is not facilitate for unified management and often causes a waste of energy, so we put forward a kind of centralized control system, which is suitable for small and medium-sized public places, to manage many separated air conditioner together. Through the development of the software VC++ and the communication with the internal 51-series microcomputer CPU of the air conditioner in many different rooms by using the bus RS485, we could realize the controlling of the turning on or off of the conditioner as well as the temperature and strength of the wind of the air conditioner centrally. The system is characterized for its highly safety performance and its ease to use.

Abstract:A two-stage supervisory control system is designed based on Siemens PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) according to the control requirement of ice-storage central air conditioning in this paper.The fieldwork station is composed of a PLC and a touching screen,which acts as a local platform of SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition);the managing-work station is made up of an industry computer and a printer,serving as a main HMI(Human Machine Interface) which can print data and control the fieldwork station remotely in addition to all functions of the field work station.Results show that the designed supervisory control system can monitor and control the states of ice-storage central air conditioning timely and increase the cooling capacity and cooling efficiency effectively.

Abstract:In the central heating system, air accumulation in the heating pipe caused by hydraulic and thermal imbalance and other faults. In this paper, Siemens S7-200 smart PLC is adopted as the core to design the automatic exhaust device, including water, vacuum, drainage automatic control system. The air accumulated will be discharged timely and effective with touch screen interface, PLC control program and monitoring system combined to implement the control mode. Through the using automatic exhaust device and equipped with automatic control system to discharge dissolved gas in water, improving the stability of heat network equipment operation and achieving ideal heating effect.

Abstract:Aimed at the distillation tower temperature with a large delay,large inertia time and difficult to control,this paper designed a temperature control system based on PLC for a chemical factory.Cascade control was used in the distillation column temperature control system,integral separation PID was used in the main controller.It improved the dynamic characteristics of the process,the adaptability of the load change was also strong.It achieved a stable control performance in practice.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of unreliability of wind generation system under rigorous environment,a programmable logic controller(PLC) based on A-B Corporation was designed as the main controller.After the analysis of its working principle,three subsystems which are the logic control system of wind generation system,the monitoring system by upper computer and the Ethernet communication system were designed and verified in the experimental platform.Results show that the control system works well.

Abstract:To avoid some unnecessary energy waste of the central air-conditioning system automatically, a design of intelligent controllers and the related control algorithm are proposed to close fan coils at certain times of the day. As many temperature controllers are not qualified with timing function, the timing function is added to temperature controllers by this method without replacing the original devices. The intelligent controller can check the on/off state of fan coil units at set times. If some fan coil unit is found in "on" state at the set time, the fan coil unit will be shut down. Air conditioners will not be left "on" because of human negligence by setting the closed time. According to the result of experimental tests, the design and control algorithm can meet requirements of daily use.

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing of the coupling relationship among variations in the heating system,and in accordance with the control requirements,the paper presents a basic control strategy in which the heating system is divided into several subsystems to be controlled respectively under the premise of effective decoupling.The control program of the variable flow heating system has been designed.Hardware configuration with IPC as the superordinate computer and PLC as the subordinate system,as well as the software design method are introduced.The design of PID control procedures,and the interrupted procedures are described in detail.

Abstract:The practical performance of the controller in the air-conditioning system is very important to the whole system. Although the traditional PID controller is widely used in a variety of industrial production situations and has achieved successful applications, it is only suitable for the analysis and design of the linear system, and it's unable for the analysis and design of the air-conditioning system which is time-delay and nonlinear. In this paper, a self-adaptive fuzzy PI control strategy is proposed to be used in the air-conditioning system. Simulation results and the practical control effect prove that the compound control structure possesses better performance than the conventional control method and satisfactory effects have been obtained.

Abstract:Aiming at enhancing the reliability of the automatic door operation S7-200 programmable logic controller (PLC) was used as the core of the automatic door system. The principle of control system was analyzed with description of the control system hardware it was introduced that the working process of control circuits about human body detection sensor and automatic door position detection and obstacle detection and so on. It was introduced how to choose a PLC type to really settle the I/O orders Combining the operation characteristics of programmable controller a reasonable optimization was made for the work flow of the system. On this basis using structured programming method the program flow charts of main program module and opening door subroutine module and closing door subroutine module were developed. The debugging of the control system was developed and the control system has been adopted. The practical application shays prat the control system is good and reliable.
