Abstract:Kato has constructed reflection functors for KLR algebras which categorify the braid group action on a quantum group by algebra automorphisms. We prove that these reflection functors are monoidal.

Abstract:Let be a symmetrisable Kac–Moody algebra and an integrable –module in category . We show that the monodromy of the (normally ordered) rational Casimir connection on can be made equivariant with respect to the Weyl group of , and therefore defines an action of the braid group on . We then prove that this action is canonically equivalent to the quantum Weyl group action of on a quantum deformation of , that is an integrable, category module over the quantum group such that is isomorphic to . This extends a result of the second author which is valid for semisimple.

Abstract:In this paper we establish affinizations and R-matrices in the language of pro-objects, and as an application, we construct reflection functors over the localizations of quiver Hecke algebras of arbitrary finite types. This reflection functor categorifies the braid group action on the half of a quantum group and the Saito reflection.

Abstract:We construct a separable Frobenius monoidal functor from $\mathcal{Z}\big(\mathsf{Vect}_H^{\omega|_H}\big)$ to $\mathcal{Z}\big(\mathsf{Vect}_G^\omega\big)$ for any subgroup $H$ of $G$ which preserves braiding and ribbon structure. As an application, we classify rigid Frobenius algebras in $\mathcal{Z}\big(\mathsf{Vect}_G^\omega\big)$, recovering the classification of étale algebras in these categories by Davydov-Simmons [J. Algebra 471 (2017), 149-175, <a class="link-https" data-arxiv-id="1603.04650" href="https://arxiv.org/abs/1603.04650">arXiv:1603.04650</a>] and generalizing their classification to algebraically closed fields of arbitrary characteristic. Categories of local modules over such algebras are modular tensor categories by results of Kirillov-Ostrik [Adv. Math. 171 (2002), 183-227, <a class="link-https" data-arxiv-id="math.QA/0101219" href="https://arxiv.org/abs/math.QA/0101219">arXiv:math.QA/0101219</a>] in the semisimple case and Laugwitz-Walton [Comm. Abstract:We introduce a monoidal analogue of Jantzen filtrations in the framework of monoidal abelian categories with generic braidings. It leads to a deformation of the multiplication of the Grothendieck ring. We conjecture, and we prove in many remarkable situations, that this deformation is associative so that our construction yields a quantization of the Grothendieck ring as well as analogs of Kazhdan-Lusztig polynomials. As a first main example, for finite-dimensional representations of simply-laced quantum affine algebras, we prove the associativity and we establish that the resulting quantization coincides with the quantum Grothendieck ring constructed by Nakajima and Varagnolo-Vasserot in a geometric manner. Hence, it yields a unified representation-theoretic interpretation of the quantum Grothendieck ring. As a second main example, we establish an analogous result for a monoidal category of finite-dimensional modules over symmetric quiver Hecke algebras categorifying the coordinate ring of a unipotent group associated with a Weyl group element.

Constructions of Indecomposable Representations of Algebras Via Reflection Functors

Abstract:The main aim of this paper is to reform the Bernstein-Gelfand-Ponomarev theory in order to characterize representations of some (non-basic) artinian algebras. All non-isomorphic indecomposable projective and injective representations are constructed via Coxeter functors for a generalized path algebra of acyclic quiver and then for an artinian hereditary algebra of Gabriel-type with an admissible ideal. The methods given via natural quivers and reformed modulations are helpful for one to study some properties which are not Morita-invariant in representation theory.

Abstract:This is an attempt to extend to algebraic K-theory our approach to group actions in homological algebra that could be called an introduction to $\Gamma$-algebraic K-theory. For $\Gamma$-rings the Milnor algebraic K-theory and Swan's algebraic K-functors are introduced and investigated. Particularly the Matsumoto conjecture related to the symbol group, and the Milnor conjectures related to Witt and Chow groups are extended and proven.

Abstract:Let $ V$ be a braided tensor category and $ C$ a tensor category equipped with a braided tensor functor $G:V\to Z(C)$. For any exact indecomposable $C$-module category $M$, we explicitly construct a right adjoint of the action functor $\rho:Z^V(C)\to C^*_{M}$ afforded by $M$. Here $Z^V(C)$ is the Müger's centralizer of the subcategory $G(V)$ inside the center $Z^V(C)$, also known as the relative center. The construction is parallel to the one presented by K. Shimizu, but using instead the relative coend end. This adjunction turns out to be monadic, thus inducing Hopf monads $T_{V}: C\to C$, such that there is a monoidal equivalence of categories $ C_{T_{V}}\simeq Z^V(C).$ If $\bar{\rho}: C^*_{ M}\to Z^V(C)$ is the right adjoint of $\rho,$ then $\bar{\rho}(Id_{M})$ is the braided commutative algebra constructed in [R. Laugwitz and C. Walton. Braided commutative algebras over quantized enveloping algebras, Transform. Groups 26(3) (2021), 957--993]. As a consequence of our construction of these algebras, in terms of the right adjoint to $\rho$, we can provide a recipe to compute them when $C=Rep(H\# T)$ is the category of finite-dimensional representations of a finite-dimensional Hopf algebra $H\# T$ obtained by bosonization, and choosing an arbitrary $Rep(H\# T)$-module category $M$. We show an explicit example in the case of Taft algebras.

Frobenius algebra objects in Temperley-Lieb categories at roots of unity

Abstract:We give a new definition of a Frobenius structure on an algebra object in a monoidal category, generalising Frobenius algebras in the category of vector spaces. Our definition allows Frobenius forms valued in objects other than the unit object, and can be seen as a categorical version of Frobenius extensions of the second kind. When the monoidal category is pivotal we define a Nakayama morphism for the Frobenius structure and explain what it means for this morphism to have finite order. Our main example is a well-studied algebra object in the (additive and idempotent completion of the) Temperley-Lieb category at a root of unity. We show that this algebra has a Frobenius structure and that its Nakayama morphism has order 2. As a consequence, we obtain information about Nakayama morphisms of preprojective algebras of Dynkin type, considered as algebras over the semisimple algebras on their vertices.

Abstract:We consider autoequivalences of the bounded derived category of coherent sheaves on a K3 surface. We prove that the image of the autoequivalences has index at most two in the group of the Hodge isometries of the Mukai lattice. Motivated by homological mirror symmetry, we also consider the mirror counterpart, i.e., the symplectic version of it. In the case of rho(X) = 1, we find an explicit formula which reproduces the number of Fourier-Mukai (FM) partners from the monodromy problem of the mirror K3 family. We present an explicit example in which a monodromy action does not come from an autoequivalence of the mirror side.
Projection formulas and induced functors on centers of monoidal categories

Abstract:Given a monoidal adjunction, we show that the right adjoint induces a braided lax monoidal functor between the corresponding Drinfeld centers provided that certain natural transformations, called projection formula morphisms, are invertible. We investigate these induced functors on Drinfeld centers in more detail for the monoidal adjunction of restriction and (co-)induction along morphisms of Hopf algebras. The resulting functors are applied to examples related to affine algebraic groups, quantum groups at roots of unity, and Radford--Majid biproducts of Hopf algebras. Moreover, we use the projection formula morphisms to prove a characterization theorem for monoidal Kleisli adjunctions and a crude monoidal monadicity theorem. The functor on Drinfeld centers induced by the Eilenberg--Moore adjunction is given in terms of local modules over commutative central monoids.

Abstract:Let $k$ be a commutative unital ring. For a $k$-algebra $A$ with a multiplicative submodule $J$, we have a canonical subquotient algebra $\mathrm{E}_{A}(J)$ called the eigenring. In the case where $J$ is a left ideal, an adjunction exists between the category of $A$-modules and that of $\mathrm{E}_{A}(J)$-modules. The derived functors associated with this adjunction recover several well-known homological invariants, including group (co)homology and Hochschild (co)homology. The purpose of this paper is to present an extension of these constructions, where $k$-algebras are replaced with monads within a specified bicategory. This approach may be regarded as a categorification of eigenrings, given that monads in the bicategory are equivalent with $k$-linear categories. Furthermore, we generalize the aforementioned adjunction, demonstrating how the associated derived functors provide examples of functor homology. For a category $\mathcal{C}$, a module over $\mathcal{C}$ is defined as a functor from $\mathcal{C}$ to the category of $k$-modules and $k$-linear maps. In the case where $\mathcal{C}$ is either the opposite category of free groups or that of free modules over a ring $R$, specific types of modules over $\mathcal{C}$ naturally emerge within the context of algebraic topology. These include polynomial modules, analytic modules, outer modules and primitively generated modules. The majority of this paper is devoted to applying the general framework to the study of these module types. The categorification of eigenrings leads to a unified framework in which these types are characterized by certain internal data of the monad $\mathtt{L}_{\mathcal{C}}$ associated with $\mathcal{C}$. In applications, we obtain calculations of particular functor homologies and uncover new aspects of the above module types.

Algebraic structures in set-theoretic Yang-Baxter & reflection equations

Abstract:We present resent results regarding invertible, non-degenerate solutions of the set-theoretic Yang-Baxter and reflection equations. We recall the notion of braces and we present and prove various fundamental properties required for the solutions of the set theoretic Yang-Baxter equation. We then restrict our attention on involutive solutions and consider lambda parametric set-theoretic solutions of the Yang-Baxter equation and we extract the associated quantum algebra. We also discuss the notion of the Drinfeld twist for involutive solutions and their relation to the Yangian. We next focus on reflections and we derive the associated defining algebra relations for R-matrices being Baxterized solutions of the symmetric group. We show that there exists a ``reflection'' finite sub-algebra for some special choice of reflection maps.

Abstract:We show that Mandell's inverse $K$-theory functor is a categorically-enriched non-symmetric multifunctor. In particular, it preserves algebraic structures parametrized by non-symmetric operads. As applications, we describe how ring categories arise as the images of inverse $K$-theory.

Abstract:We introduce a new family of real simple modules over the quantum affine algebras, called the affine determinantial modules, which contains the Kirillov-Reshetikhin (KR)-modules as a special subfamily, and then prove T-systems among them which generalize the T-systems among KR-modules and unipotent quantum minors in the quantum unipotent coordinate algebras simultaneously. We develop new combinatorial tools: admissible chains of -boxes which produce commuting families of affine determinantial modules, and box moves which describe the T-system in a combinatorial way. Using these results, we prove that various module categories over the quantum affine algebras provide monoidal categorifications of cluster algebras. As special cases, Hernandez-Leclerc categories and provide monoidal categorifications of the cluster algebras for an arbitrary quantum affine algebra.

Duality in Monoidal Categories

Abstract:We compare closed and rigid monoidal categories. Closedness is defined by the tensor product having a right adjoint: the internal-hom functor. Rigidity, on the other hand, generalises the duality of finite-dimensional vector spaces. In the latter, the internal-hom functor is implemented by tensoring with the respective duals. This raises the question: can one decide whether a closed monoidal category is rigid, simply by verifying that the internal-hom is tensor-representable? We provide a counterexample in terms of finitely-generated projective objects in an abelian k-linear category. A byproduct of our work is that we obtain characterisations of the Grothendieck--Verdier duality, also called *-autonomy, and rigidity of functor categories endowed with Day convolution as their tensor product. Applied to Mackey functors, this yields a proof of a sketched argument by Bouc linking rigidity of an object to it being finitely-generated projective.
