Abstract:Further geometry and topology for pseudo-holomorphic curves in complex Grassmannians Gn(CN) are studied. Some curvature pinching theorems for pseudo-holomorphic curves with constant Kahler angles in G(m)(C-N) are obtained, so that the corresponding results for pseudo-holomorphic curves in complex projective spaces are generalized.

Abstract:In terms of the almost complex connection and the unitary moving frame, a complex version on the theory of the nearly Kahler structure in S-6 is given. Under this framework, minimal surfaces in the nearly Kahler S-6 are studied. A complete classification for complete minimal surfaces in S-6 With constant Kahler angle and nonnegative curvature is given. Moreover, almost complex curves in S-6 are considered.

Abstract:In this paper, we study an open problem raised by Cecil and Ryan [Geometry of Hypersurfaces, Springer Monographs in Mathematics, p. 531] which asked whether there exist non‐Hopf Ricci‐pseudosymmetric hypersurfaces in CP2 and CH2 . As our main results, we first prove the nonexistence of non‐Hopf Ricci‐pseudosymmetric hypersurfaces of the constant type in CH2 . Then, we prove the existence of non‐Hopf Ricci‐pseudosymmetric hypersurfaces of the constant type in CP2 . Finally, applying the preceding results and sharpening Theorem 4.1 of Wang and Zhang [J. Geom. Phys. 181 (2022), 104648], we prove the nonexistence of non‐Hopf weakly Einstein hypersurfaces with constant norm of Riemannian curvature tensor in both CP2 and CH2 .

Abstract:In this paper, regarding the Riemannian product S-2 x S-2 of two unit 2-spheres as a Kahler surface, we study its real hypersurfaces with typical geometric properties. First, we classify the real hypersurfaces of S-2 x S-2 with isometric Reeb flow and then, by using a Simons' type inequality, a characterization of these compact real hypersurfaces is provided. Next, we classify Hopf hypersurfaces of S-2 x S-2 with constant product angle function. Finally, we classify Hopf hypersurfaces of S-2 x S-2 with parallel Ricci tensor.

Abstract:In this paper, we want to give a complete classification of Hopf real hypersurfaces in the complex two-plane Grassmannian satisfying a pseudo-Ricci–Yamabe soliton if we use the notion of pseudo-anti commuting Ricci tensor. In addition to this one, we have proved that a real hypersurface with isometric Reeb flow in the complex two-plane Grassmannian does not satisfy a gradient pseudo-Ricci–Yamabe soliton . Moreover, we can also prove that there does not exist a contact hypersurface satisfying a gradient pseudo-Ricci–Yamabe soliton in .

Abstract:The aim of the paper is to present two results concerning real hypersurfaces in the six-dimensional sphere S6(1). More precisely, we prove that real hypersurfaces with the Lie-parallel shape operator A must be totally geodesic hyperspheres. Additionally, we classify real hypersurfaces in a nearly Kähler sphere S6(1) whose Lie derivative of the shape operator coincides with its covariant derivative.

Abstract:We study isoparametric hypersurfaces, whose principal curvatures are all constant, in the pseudo-Riemannian space forms. In this paper, we investigate three topics.Firstly, according to Petrov's classification theorem, we give a classification of hypersurfaces of index 2 with respect to a pair of a shape operator and a metric. Therefore, we can define types of isoparametric hypersurfaces of index 2 concerning the classification. Secondly, we give several examples of certain types. Thirdly, we show that there exist no isoparametric hypersurfaces of index 2 whose shape operators have complex principal curvatures in certain cases.

Abstract:We study hypersurfaces of the four‐dimensional Thurston geometry Sol04 , which is a Riemannian homogeneous space and a solvable Lie group. In particular, we give a full classification of hypersurfaces whose second fundamental form is a Codazzi tensor—including totally geodesic hypersurfaces and hypersurfaces with parallel second fundamental form—and of totally umbilical hypersurfaces of Sol04 . We also give a closed expression for the Riemann curvature tensor of Sol04 , using two integrable complex structures.

Abstract:In this paper, we give a complete classification of Hopf pseudo-Ricci-Yamabe solitons on real hypersurfaces in the complex projective spaceCPn. As its applications, first we give a complete classification of gradient pseudo-Ricci-Yamabe solitons on real hypersurfaces with isometric Reeb flow in the complex projective space CPn. Next we prove that a contact real hypersurface in CPn which admits the gradient pseudo-Ricci-Yamabe soliton is pseudo-Einstein.

Abstract:We study left-invariant pseudo-Kähler and hypersymplectic structures on semidirect products $G\rtimes H$; we work at the level of the Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}\rtimes\mathfrak{h}$. In particular we consider the structures induced on $\mathfrak{g}\rtimes\mathfrak{h}$ by existing pseudo-Kähler structures on $\mathfrak{g}$ and $\mathfrak{h}$; we classify all semidirect products of this type with $\mathfrak{g}$ of dimension $4$ and $\mathfrak{h}=\mathbb{R}^2$. In the hypersymplectic setting, we consider a more general construction on semidirect products. We construct a large class of hypersymplectic Lie algebras whose underlying complex structure is not abelian as well as non-flat hypersymplectic metrics on $k$-step nilpotent Lie algebras for every $k\geq3$.

Abstract:We classify Hopf hypersurfaces of non-flat complex space forms CP^m(4) and CH^m(-4), denoted jointly by CQ^m(4c), that are of 2-type in the sense of B. Y. Chen, via the embedding into a suitable (pseudo) Euclidean space of Hermitian matrices by projection operators. This complements and extends earlier classifications by Martinez-Ros (minimal case) and Udagawa (CMC case), who studied only hypersurfaces of CP^m and assumed them to have constant mean curvature instead of being Hopf. Moreover, we rectify some claims in Udagawa's paper to give a complete classification of constant-mean-curvature-hypersurfaces of 2-type. We also derive a certain characterization of CMC Hopf hypersurfaces which are of 3-type and mass-symmetric in a naturally defined hyperquadric containing the image of CQ^m(4c) via these embeddings. The classification of such hypersurfaces is done in CQ^2(4c), under an additional assumption in the hyperbolic case that the mean curvature is not equal to 2/3. In the process we show that every standard example of class B in CQ^m(4c) is mass-symmetric and we determine its Chen-type.

Abstract:Stark hypersurfaces are a special class of austere hypersurface in ${\mathbb C}P^n$ where the shape operator is compatible with the $CR$-structure. In this paper, the possible shape operators for stark hypersurfaces are completely determined, and stark hypersurfaces in ${\mathbb C}P^2$ are constructed as integrals of a Frobenius exterior differential system.

Abstract:Several papers have been written studying unexpected hypersurfaces. We say a finite set of points Z admits unexpected hypersurfaces if a general union of fat linear subspaces imposes less that the expected number of conditions on the ideal of Z. In this paper, we introduce the concept of a very unexpected hypersurface. This is a stronger condition which takes into account an explanation for some hypersurfaces previously considered unexpected. We then develop a duality theory to relate the study of very unexpected hypersurfaces to the derivations of dual hyperplane arrangements. This allows us to generalize results in the plane of Cook, Harbourne, Migliore, Nagel Faenzi, and Vallés to higher dimensions. In particular, we give a criterion to determine if a set Z admits very unexpected hypersurfaces in the case Z is invariant under the action of an irreducible reflection group on the ambient projective space. Our approach has new applications even in the projective plane where we are able to place strong conditions on sets of points Z which admit certain types of unexpected curves. We close relating Terao's Freeness Conjecture for line arrangements to a conjecture due to G. Dirac on configurations of points in the real plane.

Abstract:On quadratic hypersurfaces in H-2, we find the explicit forms of tangential Cauchy-Fueter operators and associated tangential Laplacians square(b). Then by using the Fourier transformation on the associated nilpotent Lie groups of step two, we construct the relative fundamental solutions to the tangential Laplacians and Szego kernels on the nondegenerate quadratic hypersurfaces. It is different from the complex case that the quaternionic tangential structures on the nondegenerate quadratic hypersurfaces in H-2 cannot be reduced to one standard model and the non-homogeneous tangential Cauchy-Fueter equations are solvable even in many convex cases. Abstract:For an almost complex structure J on U subset of R-4 pseudo-holomorphically fibered over C a J-holomorphic curve C subset of U can be described by a Weierstrass polynomial. The J-holomorphicity equation descends to a perturbed (partial derivative) over bar -operator on the coefficients; the operator is typically (0, 2/m)-Holder continuous if m is the local degree of C over C. This sheds some light on the problem of parametrizing pseudo-holomorphic deformations of J-holomorphic curve singularities.
