Design of LED driver with LLC resonant converter and quasi-resonant PWM constant current control strategy

Abstract:Resonant and quasi-resonant topologies are used to design LED drive power.LLC half-bridge resonant converter with magnetic integrated achieves DC/DC conversion,and the post-stage using quasi-resonant PWM control BOOST topology builds constant current circuit.The converter combines resonant BOOST and LLC converter,getting higher performance by making full use of their intrinsic properties,and improving the supply of power density.The basic structure and the principle of the circuit are detailed.On the basis of the above analysis,a prototype is produced,and experimental results show that the given design is feasible and reasonable.
