Abstract:The invention discloses a scrap and residue removing device of a corn thresher. The scrap and residue removing device comprises a cage rolling shaft. A plurality of supporting plates are axially welded to the cage rolling shaft at intervals. A mesh screen cylinder arranged on the periphery of the cage rolling shaft is connected to the supporting plates. One end of the cage rolling shaft is provided with a coupling motor through a coupler. The two ends of the cage rolling shaft are provided with bearings. The scrap and residue removing device is located on one side of a threshing roller of an existing thresher, and is driven by the motor to rotate. A side draught fan blows scrap and residue separated by the threshing roller to the scrap and residue removing device in the process of threshing, the scrap and the fine residue are blown out through screening holes of a mesh screen, the large residue is brought to the outer side through the rotation of the scrap and residue removing device to be blown away, and grains are blocked inside through the mesh screen cylinder, and therefore the scrap and the residue are separated out by the threshing roller in the process of threshing, the problems that grains run away, a residue removing port of an existing corn thresher is blocked, the grains are not cleaned clearly through a sorting screen, and a suction ventilator is blocked are solved, and production efficiency is improved.
