Abstract:Based on the discipline characteristic and situation of the safety management,the risk and complexity of the laboratory were analyzed.Oriented by the safety services,we learned from the advanced environmental,health and safety of management ideas,several measures are taken to promote laboratory safety management,such as the dangerous chemical management system,three level safety supervision,waste management,hardware protection.Especially,the dangerous chemical management system was established based on Internet + technology,and it speeded up the standardization and informatization of laboratory safety management greatly.The level of laboratory safe management was improved and it is supporting the teaching and scientific research and talent cultivation,as well as the development of the newly-built colleges.

Abstract:To strengthen the management of laboratory safety,a comprehensive system for undergraduate chemistry laboratory safety is constructed from three aspects:the establishment of safety regulations and rules,safety training for laboratory experiments,and optimization of experiment teaching content,as well as safety emergency training.In terms of improving experiment content,this paper focuses on introducing methods such as designing green chemistry experiments,ensuring the safety of classic experiments,and virtualizing high-risk experiments.By integrating safety management throughout the entire teaching process,not only can students'safety awareness be effectively cultivated,but also their overall quality can be enhanced.

Abstract:The challenges in and the strategies for enhancing laboratory safety within university chemical and materialscience labs are explored in this paper. Key issues such as insufficient safety awareness, inadequate management systems,and the absence of effective reward and punishment mechanisms are identified. Focusing on practical solutions, the studyadvocates for a robust safety control system, regular safety inspections, proper hazardous material handling, and targetedsafety education and training. The findings emphasize the critical need for a holistic approach to safety management inacademic laboratories, highlighting the importance of a balanced integration of awareness, regulation, and proactive riskmanagement in ensuring a safe academic research environment.

Abstract:Lab plays a critical role in training undergraduates' ability. Accident prevention is the purpose for the discipline of safety engineering. Based on these, this article analyzes the design consideration for safety engineering labs at the college and university level. This research achieved positive results after being used in teaching practice. The following four parts describe the structure of the lab: the combination of safety management and the psychology of safety behavior; ergonomics; risk assessment; and safety technology. This article makes the argument for more efforts in the following areas of lab construction: safety management and culture; safety behavior; human factors engineering in the promotion of safety; and risk analysis, in order to improve the students' competence of scientific experimentation and research. In addition, extra weight (i.e. size and major) should be given according to the background and characteristics of the specific industry.

Abstract:Based on the recent construction effect of the chemical laboratory in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Chongqing University,and the safety management experience of chemical laboratories at home and abroad,and by drawing on the ideas and means of industrial production management,this paper describes the establishment of a whole-process safety control system from the source to the end point of the chemical laboratory,introduces the idea of the lean safety management,establishes such management mode and sets up the safe chemical laboratory so as to promote the scientific and sustainable development of the chemical laboratory.

Abstract:The construction of laboratory safety is essential for ensuring the efficient and orderly operation of a laboratory.Students'safety literacy,who are the primary operators in basic teaching laboratories,directly impacts the safety status of these labs.This study proposes a comprehensive experimental teaching model that integrates laboratory managers,teachers,and students,emphasizing safety literacy development in the entire teaching process.This model has been specifically applied in the teaching of analytical chemistry experiments.It facilitates enhanced communication among laboratory managers,teachers,and students.By employing the COOP and 7S experimental teaching schemes,the model immersively engages students in maintaining and developing the experimental environment,which deeply rooting the concept of safety in their learning experience.The effectiveness of this model is evaluated using Partial Eta Squared(η2)test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis,highlighting the significant influence of procedural standardization and organizational orderliness in the experimental process on student's safety literacy.The practice confirms that this model is instrumental in fostering good experimental habits and safety awareness among students,increasing their sense of responsibility and fulfillment in the laboratory.It achieves enhanced management quality,synergistic growth in teaching and learning,and the inculcation of safety as a core value.Consequently,laboratory personnel can maintain constant control over safety,significantly elevating the operational safety level of the laboratories.

Abstract:Safety is the primary condition for laboratory work. University laboratories are important places for scientific research, and safety education in university laboratories is a key measure to implement the source management of laboratory safety, which requires multiple measures and comprehensive implementation [1] .Research has found that local university laboratory safety education has problems such as insufficient ideological attention, weak sustainability of safety education, improper educational methods, and insufficient teaching staff. Policy suggestions have been put forward to ensure the safe operation of local university laboratories by emphasizing and systematically thinking about the layout of laboratory safety education, optimizing educational methods, and strengthening various guarantees.
