Exploration and thought of safety and environment management in chemical engineering laboratory in colleges and universities

Abstract:The laboratory is the most important work place for teaching and research in colleges and universities .Especially ,safety and environment of laboratory is a key point whether the laboratory could run successfully .In order to improve the level of college safety and environmental management in laboratories , according to our practice in Department of Chemical Engineering of Tsinghua University ,this paper illustrates systematically safety and environment management in perspective of the laboratory regulation ,management team construction , safe equipment modification and innovation , safety examination regime , level to level management ,safety education and training .Furthermore ,the reform of laboratory management in future is discussed .
