Abstract:This article mainly studies the arrangement of mechanical equipment and worker time allocation on semi-automatic continuous connection production lines, with the aim of formulating the optimal allocation strategy through calculation, fully utilizing resources, saving costs, and helping enterprises improve product yield and achieve maximum profits. In the general production process, the work tasks on the production line are usually carried out by machine equipment and workers. The cost required by different machine equipment varies, and the processing quality and yield rate also vary. At the same time, the status of machine equipment also affects the processing quality and yield rate. This article divides mechanical equipment into two ways. The first way is to divide it into better equipment and general equipment based on its own ability level; The second method is to divide the equipment based on its different states, determine whether it has malfunctioned, and divide the equipment state into normal state and defect state. The defect state can be restored to normal state through certain maintenance methods, thereby improving the product yield. The work content of workers on the production line is generally to complete their own fixed workstation operations. In the production system studied in this article, workers have the ability to operate normally and maintain equipment at the same time. Therefore, it is possible to allocate workers' work time reasonably. Based on the specific situation of the machine equipment, a universal generation function (UGF) is used to construct a model and calculate, and the optimal work time arrangement and maintenance plan can be formulated, While saving labor, equipment, and time costs, improving product yield and quality, bringing maximum profit to the enterprise.
