The shoulder and neck massager is characterized in that a shoulder part bracket and a neck part bracket are included and are movably connected through an aluminum alloy support and a telescopic support; rotating buttons are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper end of the shoulder part bracket and are connected with the aluminum alloy bracket; a lithium battery, a sliding rheostat and a switch are arranged in the middle of the shoulder part bracket; and a plurality of vibrators are arranged at the lower part of the shoulder part bracket and in the middle of the telescopic support, and are electrically connected with the lithium battery, the sliding rheostat and the switch. Therefore, the utility model has the benefits that the structure is simple; the massager is convenient to wear, that is, the massager can be put on at the shoulder and the neck parts without others' help, so as to achieve easy massage; and drawing and vibration massage are adopted to accelerate the blood circulation, so that the cervical spondylosis and pains at the shoulder part can be prevented and treated.
