The structure of the zero-gravity massage chair is characterized by comprising a base and a chair frame, wherein the base is stably placed on the ground, horizontal and coaxial upper hanging shafts are respectively fixed on handrails at two sides of the base, the chair frame is arranged between the handrails and comprises a backrest and a seat frame, horizontal and coaxial lower hanging shafts are respectively arranged at two sides of the chair frame, the upper hanging shafts are parallel with the lower hanging shafts, the upper hanging shaft and the lower hanging shaft at the same side are respectively connected to the two ends of a connector in a pivot and matched mode, an upward fixed fitting piece is fixed on the base, a downward movable fitting piece is fixed below the chair frame, a driving device is arranged between the chair frame and the base, and the fixed fitting piece is matched with the movable fitting piece in a sliding mode. The upper hanging shafts serve as a positioning mechanism of a fixed shaft, the movable fitting piece and the fixed fitting piece are cooperative and serve as a tangency point positioning mechanism, the upper hanging shafts and the connectors are quite simple and reliable in structure, and the movable fitting piece and the fixed fitting piece have a few positioning points and do not need multi-point positioning, and are low in requirement for dimension and cooperative accuracy, simple in process, low in process cost, and high in reliability.
