Abstract:[Objective] To observe Chinese medicine medicinal liquor steam anion foot bath with a foot massage therapy of insomnia curative effect.[Methods] Randomized controlled method,80 clinic patients were divided into two groups according to draw randomly,Two groups were well sleep hygiene education,Control group 40 cases were gived alprazolam or estazolam,Once a night,take orally,Treatment group 40 cases gived TCM powder(Danshen 30g,Suanzaoren 20g,Boziren 20g,Wuweizi20g,Danggui 20g,Shengdi 30g,Fuling 15g,Tiandong 20g,Maidong 20g,Zhike 15g)with Medicinal liquor(Fushen 20g,Zexie 20g,Shudi 50g,Yurou 50g,Shanyao 20g,Mugua 20g,Yuanzhi 20g,60 ° liquor 1000 mL),Through the anion of the steam engine foot bath foot massage,Continuous treatment 10 d for 1 course.Observation of clinical symptom,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions,2 courses of treatment continuously,Judge curative effect.[Results]in treatment group 8 cases recovered,remarkable result 15 cases,valid 12 cases,invalid 5 cases,Total effective rate 87.50%.In The control group 4 cases recovered,remarkable result 8 cases,valid 15cases,invalid 13 cases,Total effective rate 67.50%.Treatment group curative effect is better than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Chinese medicine medicinal liquor steam anion foot bath with a foot massage therapy of insomnia curative effect satisfied,Can improve the symptoms of sleep,Improve the quality of patients with sleep,And easy to operate,safety.
