Abstract:Along with the enhancement of people's consumption level and esthetic appeal,many tourists no longer satisfy to the traditional mass tourism projects and devote to experiential tourism which can obtain more happy and unique experience.Experiential tourism is the new tourism pattern in the experiential economy time which emphasizes participation.At present,China not yet truly enters the experiential economy time and the environment of developing the experiential economy product is not mature.The experiential tourism marketing research in China is also a big blank and the thinking of planning and design is rather simplistic.The method of situational planning and design of item experience provides the new thinking for experiential tourism exploiting.Firstly,study the market foresightedness and at the right moment cultivate the market.Secondly,pay attention to psychology guidance in tourism development,build the experience atmosphere,compile the story,direct activity carefully and arrange tour line and time reasonably.Thirdly,create the experience service under fully understanding tourist psychology and role characteristic.Finally,design experiential souvenir and let the tourist obtain the unforgettable experience.

Abstract:In recent years, the conference and exhibition industry, as an emerging tertiary industry, has developed rapidly, which has played a vital role in promoting the economic construction and development of the city. This article has analysed the important role of human resources in the conference and exhibition industry in Dalian, and the current situation of talent development in the conference and exhibition industry in Dalian through literature research, investigation and analysis, and then points out that the existence of problems such as vague target positioning of talent demand in the exhibition industry in Dalian, unreasonable talent cultivation structure, imperfect education system and supporting facilities, and the disconnection of talent cultivation direction from regional economy have affected the development of regional economy in Dalian. Based on this situation, the optimization countermeasures for the innovative development of talents in Dalian's conference and exhibition industry are proposed.

Abstract:Purpose - The exhibition industry is a strategic emerging service industry with great development potential in the new economic era, and its role in promoting the development of the national economy is also increasing. Design/Methodology/Approach - Construct a new indicator system, classify and analyze the influencing factors and their influencing mechanisms, construct a theoretical model of the influencing mechanisms, evaluate and correct the items measured by variables, and reveal the formation mechanism of the influencing factors. Findings - A new indicator system for influencing factors has been constructed, which is classified into core factors (exhibition enterprises and technological innovation), basic factors (resource endowment), and industrial environment factors (government support), revealing the formation mechanism of the impact of factors on the competitiveness of the urban exhibition industry. Research Implications - The exhibition industry is related to the material life of the people and their spiritual life. Studying the competitiveness and influencing factors of the urban exhibition industry is beneficial for alleviating the pressure brought by idle exhibition venues and related resources in various cities in China, sharing the responsibility of the Chinese government to continuously improve urban construction, meeting the growing material and cultural needs of the people, and promoting the sustainable development of the exhibition industry.

Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s convention and exhibition industry, exhibitions have become more and more in numbers but with uneven qualities and lack of industry norms and evaluation standards. The study of the exhibition evaluation system is conducive to the sustainable development of the exhibition industry. In this study, the indexes and weight degrees of exhibition evaluation from exhibitors’ perspectives are explored. Through the literature review of exhibitors and exhibition evaluation, and in-depth interviews with relevant enterprise personnel and experts, the indexes of exhibitors’ exhibition evaluation are determined and the exhibition evaluation system is constructed. After the data processing and analysis of the questionnaires, an empirical study on the important factors of exhibitors’ exhibition evaluation is conducted, aiming to provide important enlightenment for exhibitors to improve exhibitions’ qualities.

Abstract:China's exhibition industry has experienced rapid growth for the past two decades, and it is now entering a period of consolidation and restructuring. This article provides a critical assessment of Asia's largest exhibition market. It considers its current problems and potential prospects by analyzing and synthesizing extant literature in both Chinese and English from a wide variety of sources, including print and online media, personal accounts, and interviews. Furthermore, the effect of the pending market consolidation on exhibition operation, venue management, and destination development is examined. China is still regarded as a key emerging market internationally. Thus, experiences and lessons learned from its exhibition development can serve as a useful reference to other emerging markets and should be of interest to both academics and practitioners.

Abstract:Cross-border e-commerce is developing rapidly in China nowadays, universities and colleges have opened major direction of cross-border e-commerce on basis of marketing major, but its talent training has many outstanding problems of goal inaccurate, system imperfect and mode backward, which have a strong impact on its quality of talent training and their ability to adapt to reality. Therefore, training goal of marketing professionals should adhere to concept of "competence-oriented, teaching promotion", adopt mode of "school-enterprise cooperation, serving students" and create objectives of "employment-oriented, learning-for-practice" in background of cross-border e-commerce. This paper also discusses talent training strategies, such as innovating talent training ideas, improving talent training mechanism, expanding talent training channels and optimizing talent training carriers, which hope to provide reference for optimization of marketing major talent training under background of cross-border e-commerce.

Abstract:Shandong Province has a rich cultural heritage and abundant tourism resources. However, the overall comprehensive quality of personnel engaged in the cultural tourism industry in the province is not high, the structure is unreasonable, and there are problems such as talent loss, which can be said to be a shortage of professional talents in cultural tourism. The core of the development of culture and tourism industry is human resources. Based on Shandong Province, this article studies and analyzes the current situation of the cultural and tourism industry talent team in the province, and proposes reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for further development of the cultural tourism industry.

Abstract:Exhibition is a new economic business form in China. From a stakeholder perspective, all important roles in the context of hospitality and tourism are talents. From a socio-cultural perspective, interpersonal relationship quality plays a vital role in business and industrial operations. This constructs a causal model of relationship quality between exhibitors and exhibition organizers, and examined its influence on exhibitors' willingness to sustainably participate in exhibitions. Data collected from a total of 251 exhibitors from 4 nation-representative exhibitions in Beijing were analyzed. The results found that the four antecedent variables-guanxi (as distinctive from relationship quality), service quality, communication, and exhibition effectiveness-have significant impacts on the relationship quality between exhibitors and exhibition organizers, which in turn, affect exhibitors' willingness to participate in subsequent exhibitions (i.e., exhibitor loyalty). These findings provide a theoretical basis and policy recommendations talent management in exhibition context.

Abstract:Conventions and exhibitions are the fastest growing segment of the tourism market. Prior research has focused on the attendee perspective. This study classified exhibitor perspectives on host organization service quality using six criteria, including exhibition marketing, exhibition design, surrounding environment, service personnel, booth management, and service information. The Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to investigate exhibitor service quality. The analytical results showed that exhibition marketing was the most important criteria to exhibitors, including Internet exposure and inviting specific overseas buyers. The findings of this study can help governments and other organizations to satisfy demand in exhibition market.

Abstract:s a new industry that promotes economic development, the exhibition industry can effectively drive the synergistic development of related industries in cities. As the main part of the exhibition industry, exhibition companies, like the exhibition industry, are also highly vulnerable to the impact of unexpected events. This study mainly took small and medium-sized exhibition companies as the research object and investigates how small and medium-sized local exhibition companies can cope with the business crisis exacerbated by unexpected events through transformation and upgrading using a case study. This study concluded that small and medium-sized local exhibition companies have not done enough in the four aspects of enterprise risk management, talent management, digital upgrading, and enterprise branding. Therefore, small and medium-sized local exhibition companies need to find or establish a risk management system suitable for their own conditions, a perfect talent management and cultivation system, a reasonable digital transformation and upgrading, and corporate branding. This study gave small and medium-sized exhibition companies some development suggestions to help them transform and upgrade to cope with the increasingly serious business crisis.

Abstract:A talent training model takes occupation as its guiding principle, the enhancement of students' competitive ability with respect to employment as goal, and market demand as its operating platform. A six-step teaching method, including consultation, planning, decision-making, implementation, inspection and evaluation, was integrated into the practical ability training system, which consists of five steps: basic skills training, professional skills training, comprehensive skills training, comprehensive productive skills training and postjob practice. Combinations of study work and theory with practice were developed to improve college students' comprehensive vocational skills. Analytical research was conducted to investigate students' vocational skill scores using the Markov chain model, and the analysis and evaluation results of the teaching effects of the new and old teaching models were obtained. The research results showed that this method achieved good results and that the students' mastery of basic knowledge, basic skills, professional skills, comprehensive skills and comprehensive productive skills improved.

Abstract:In the context of the escalating global turnover of cross-border e-commerce, there exists an imperative to delineate a pedagogical paradigm that is congruent with the distinctive attributes of the sector and the developmental trajectories of businesses. Such a paradigm should be designed to enhance the cultivation of talent within the cross-border e-commerce domain, thereby elevating the quality of education and training for professionals in this burgeoning field. This study introduces an applied talent cultivation model called 'Post-Course, Competition, Certificate, and Creation,' which emphasizes an integrative approach to classroom instruction. The model advocates for a synergistic blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, thereby reinforcing the development of students' hands-on capabilities. It proposes to elevate the comprehensive and vocational competencies of learners through structured internships and competitive events. Additionally, the model seeks to fortify the nexus between certification examinations and academic curricula, with a view to bolstering students' innovative and entrepreneurial competencies. The paper employs the reform of cross-border e-commerce course instruction as a case study, examining the efficacy of the 'Post-Course Competition Certificate and Creation' cultivation model. It delineates the practical outcomes of this model in the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talent, offering insights into its effectiveness in enhancing educational strategies and professional development.
