Abstract:With the rapid development of Big data and intelligence of the Internet, digital technology is gradually applied to the construction of various fields. Under the trend of digital transformation, the traditional talent cultivation models of education field is facing dual challenges of inheriting and innovating. At the same time, there is an urgent need for engineering innovation talents with a knowledge system and capability structure that can meet the development of the digital economy and digital society. This article explores how to tap the innovative potential of engineering students from the perspective of application, practicality, and creativity in engineering education. Through the use of digital technology in the talent cultivation process, exploration and practice of teaching content, methods, and means can continuously improve students' engineering practical ability, innovation ability, and international competitiveness.
