Abstract:The middle and small sized enterprises are an important component part of national economy and main power to promote the development of national economy.With the development of the middle and small sized enterprises,their need for finance is growing greater and greater,and the problems of finance difficulty and loan difficulty are obvious day by day.On the one hand,there exist such causes in the middle and small sized enterprises themselves as that the property right is not clear,the management is behind,and that the credit concept is faint.On the other hand,the external environment such as the traditional credit business in the finance system provides them with inadequate credit and the multilevel development of the capital market is not perfect in our country,which seriously restricts the finance of the middle and small sized enterprises.Therefore,we should not only strengthen the management of the middle and small sized enterprises and reform the finance system,but also strengthen the construction of the capital market so as to solve the finance problem of the middle and small sized enterprises.
