Abstract:In Scheme 2 b of this Communication, derivatization product 5 d was reported to be a five-membered ring product. During recent investigations, the authors found that the structure of 5 d was incorrectly assigned. This error was caused by incorrect analysis of the NMR spectra. In a structural revision this compound was determined to be a four-membered ring product. A detailed analysis employing 2D NMR spectroscopy is provided in the Supporting Information accompanying this Corrigendum. This correction does not affect the results and conclusions in other parts of the Communication. The authors thank Prof. Josep Bonjoch for drawing their attention to this issue and they sincerely apologize for this mistake. Abstract:In Schema 2 b dieser Zuschrift wurde für das Derivatisierungsprodukt 5 d eine Struktur mit fünfgliedrigem Ring abgebildet. Jüngste Untersuchungen der Autoren haben gezeigt, dass die Struktur von 5 d als Folge einer fehlerhaften Analyse der NMR-Spektren falsch zugeordnet wurde. Eine Strukturrevision ergab, dass es sich bei der Verbindung um ein Produkt mit viergliedrigem Ring handelt. Eine detaillierte Analyse mithilfe von 2D-NMR-Spektroskopie findet sich in den Hintergrundinformationen zu dieser Berichtigung. Diese Korrektur ändert nichts an den übrigen Ergebnissen und Schlussfolgerungen der Zuschrift. Abstract:Firstly, in Scheme 1 c of this Communication, the chemical structure of D is incorrect. The correct version is shown in the updated Scheme 1 below. Secondly, there is a mistake in the first paragraph of the Experimental Section. The “calcium hydride (methanol)” in the sixth line is wrong and should be “I2/Mg (methanol)”. Thus, the first paragraph should read as follows: “General materials: Except for the visible-light-induced final step which was carried out without nitrogen atmosphere protection, other manipulations were carried out under a nitrogen atmosphere by using standard Schlenk techniques. Solvents were distilled under nitrogen from sodium benzophenone (diethyl ether, tetrahydrofuran) or I2/Mg (methanol), and degassed prior to use. The starting materials of [OsCl2(PPh3)3], 1 a′–1 e”, 3 a“ and 3 b” were prepared by procedures described in the literature.[13] Other reagents were used as received from commercial sources without further purification.“ The authors apologize for these mistakes and for any inconvenience caused.
