Abstract:McCune-Albright Syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by the combination of two or more classic features: fibrous dysplasia of bone, café-au-lait skin macules, and hyperfunctioning endocrinopathies. This study presents a rare case of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaws in a 29-year-old female patient who had been receiving intravenous zoledronate for 3 years to manage skeletal lesions associated with the syndrome. The patient underwent surgical extraction of her impacted third molars, resulting in extensive bone exposure, oral-sinusal communication in the upper right area, and an oral fistula in the lower right and left areas.
