Abstract:Abstract Logistics audit is an effective tool of logistics management of a company, which serves to analyze and control the efficient and economic implementation of logistics activities. Today, more and more companies apply logistics audit in their practice, because it appears to be a very effective tool in today’s turbulent business environment. Such a tool assesses the state and performance of the management of the company’s logistics activities. The logistics audit determines changes and settings of individual processes that will lead to an increase in the quality and performance of the logistics system as a whole. Which means increasing the competitiveness of the company. The article focuses specifically on the application of logistics audit within the transport company. Because so far this tool has been applied mainly in the conditions of manufacturing companies and focused on optimizing the logistics of production processes. The article describes the procedure of performing a logistics audit and analyzes the main processes in a transport company.

Abstract:This study explores modern logistics innovations and challenges in the new retail era. With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional logistics model can no longer meet the market demand. Consumers' demands for speed of product delivery, service quality and personalization are constantly rising, and traditional logistics processes and management methods can no longer adapt to this fast-changing market environment. As a result, companies need to innovate and reform to improve logistics efficiency, reduce operating costs, and respond more flexibly to the challenges of globalized competition. Through literature review and empirical analysis, this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the problems faced by the modern logistics industry, including the inefficiency of the traditional model, the promotion of digital intelligence, and the need to improve the level of logistics in the new era. On this basis, targeted recommendations include strengthening standardization, promoting digital intelligence improvement and optimizing the supply network. This study is expected to provide useful reference and guidance for developing the modern logistics industry.

Abstract:Abstract Green logistics is the part of the activities of an enterprise aimed at measuring and minimizing the impact of logistics activities on the environment. Such actions are dictated by the possibility of achieving a competitive advantage in the market, because clients require it. Transport is a particularly important area with a huge impact on the environment, because it is identified as the fastest growing source of greenhouse gas emissions. Green transport is low-emission and ecological travelling mode. The goals of green transport are not only to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, air pollution, noise and space use, but also to reduce poverty and promote economic growth. Transport is considered green when it supports environmental sustainability, but also supports the other two pillars of sustainable development, i.e. economic and social. This paper discusses the application of the concept of "green" logistics and "green" technologies in transport in the transportation process. The modern requirements for transport in the field of environmental safety and compliance with environmental requirements both on the part of customers and on the part of states are considered.

Abstract:Through a literature review,it is found out that the researches on logistic cost in other countries mainly focus on the empirical study at the level of micro enterprise logistics.Related researches concentrate on the supplier selecting strategy,the design of enterprise logistic and distribution system,the inventory and warehouse ordering strategy and their optimization,the choice of transportation strategy and transportation routing,the layout and location of logistic facility,reverse and returned logistics planning,and other specific areas.This fully indicates that the logistic cost researches in other countries are pragmatic-oriented.However,it is also found that current research results in foreign countries fall into different disciplines or areas.Therefore it is of great significance to establish a systematic framework of theoretic research.

Abstract:This paper identifies and empirically validates the potential risks in overseas third-party logistics services that support sustainable cross-border e-commerce logistics in China. This research addresses a significant gap in the current literature by conducting a comprehensive literature review and case study, primarily focusing on third-party logistics services' benefits without adequately discussing the associated risks. Our study highlights the medium and high risks in forwarding and contracting processes, such as cost uncertainty, quality issues, and cultural and language differences. The findings contribute to academic research and practical applications by providing a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for enhancing logistics management in China's sustainable cross-border e-commerce. This research promotes the resilience and sustainability of cross-border e-commerce supply chains and offers valuable insights for overseas 3PL service providers looking to expand their operations in China.

The existing literature today is mainly from the perspective of traditional supply chain, and the research from the perspective of green supply chain is relatively missing. Abstract:With the improvement in technology and economic system, China’s logistics industry continues to innovate and aspire to high-quality development to meet the people's pursuit of a higher quality of life. Still, in the process of innovation and change in logistics enterprises, it is inevitable that a certain degree of operational risk. Taking Jingdong Logistics as the research object, this study discusses the operational risks modern logistics enterprises face and proposes corresponding risk response measures. The study first introduces the importance of logistics in improving the quality of life and promoting national economic development. Then, it analyzes in detail the operation of Jingdong Logistics, as well as the customer management risk, market competition risk and financial risk it faces. Subsequently, the article proposes corresponding risk-coping strategies, including breaking the "bundling" with Jingdong Mall, optimizing the logistics supply chain, and improving profitability. These measures can help Jingdong Logistics cope with risks in the competitive modern logistics market, maintain competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. The article concludes by summarizing the important role of logistics enterprises in the modern economic system and emphasizing the importance of scientific risk management strategies for success in the highly competitive logistics market.

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of sustainability efforts within the field of supply chain management, more specifically supply chain logistics operations, and to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for firms to follow sustainable operations. This study also aims to stimulate further research within the area of sustainable logistics operations. The reasons why it is important to implement sustainability into supply chain operations is discussed. Based on a review of the extant literature, various areas within the logistics function where sustainability can be implemented are then presented. Some short‐term and long‐term recommendations for the successful implementation of sustainability in the logistics function of supply chains are provided. There has been very little work done to understand the role and importance of logistics in an organization's quest towards sustainability. For firms to implement a sustainability strategy in their supply chain operations, the logistics function needs to play a prominent role because of the magnitude of costs involved and the opportunity to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and reduce the carbon footprint. Firms in their quest for sustainable logistics operations must start early and start simple. A top management commitment is required for such efforts to be successful. Also, firms need to be able to visualize and map out their supply chains and benchmark their sustainability efforts with other firms in their industry. Firms need to follow sustainable practices in their overall operations and in their logistics operations in particular because not only does it have financial and other intangible benefits, but it is also the right thing to do. Firms have a great social responsibility especially with respect to use of non‐renewable sources of energy and materials and also with respect to how their products are used and handled once they reach the end of their life cycles. This paper is the first of its kind which examines the state of sustainability within the field of supply chain logistics operations and identifies areas and sets the agenda for future research in this field.
