Abstract:B‐cell epidermotropism is an exceptional finding in cutaneous lymphomas. The few cases previously described in the literature mostly correspond to systemic lymphomas, with the most frequent being splenic marginal zone lymphoma. This lymphoma can manifest as a cutaneous eruption preceding the splenomegaly, with systemic involvement demonstrated by bone marrow and/or peripheral blood. This presentation is known as epidermotropic B‐cell lymphoma. Herein, we present a new case that emphasizes B‐cell epidermotropism as a feature that should alert the clinician of the possibility of a secondary involvement and, consequently, prompt them to expand the recommended initial staging.
